“Amazing trip”

My husband and i went with some friends and we all had an amazing time. The food wasn't great but we really didn't have any complaints!!!

“Cruise Ships”

The resort was very nice. You are not in walking distance of downtown its a $4 cab ride. If you want oceanview 24-7 you will not get it here. It seemed like everyday we had a cruise ship block at least 1/2 of the ocean view. The resort was recently remodeled and the rooms are very nice for there average size. I prefer staying on the other side of downtown as the roads aren't as busy and cruise ships cannot block your view. If you want a great vacation for family or couple but don't care about the view this if for you. Food was good but not 5 star. The bars do have US booze which is great. Corona is the only beer. Help was there whenever you needed it. If you are looking for a "lovers" type vacation I would choose somewhere else.

“Great Experience!”

Great Hotel. Extremely clean, very good services, great food (different dishes every day), drinks just perfect (I recommend red eye!), swiming pool in the beach just in front the cruise terminal was a dream!

“A wonderful vacation”

This is a wonderful place which we have visited twice. The entire resort was spotless, and the staff extremely friendly. We spent our days laying by the pool, drinking pina coladas, and snorkeling. It doesn't get any better than this. The food was good, and the service even better. We had a relaxing, fun, enjoyable trip. We have reccomended Park Royale to all of our friends and are planning on returning.

“Great Trip!”

Our second time at Park Royal. A great all inclusive. Good food and drinks. Very clean and friendly staff. Check-in was very slow, but other than that a great place to stay.

“Stay here when in Cozumel”

Our trip was March 18-22, 2009 and it was wonderful. The only downside was the slow check-in. Other employees do their best to get you to see their timeshare presentation by offering freebies. We declined politely and they left us alone. The room was great with an excellent view of the water and we could see the ships come and go. The hotel staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. I especially liked the big board that showed all the activities for the day. Be sure to attend as many as you can. Casino night was a BLAST! Take time to see the shows in the evening. They are well worth it. Did I mention all the activities and shows are included! What a deal! The dancers were excellent and you could tell they were professional. The food was excellent and we enjoyed each meal. For breakfast the cook made excellent omelettes to your order. You do have to make reservations for dinner at the nicer restaurants on the premise and they are worth it. Take time to dress up nice and enjoy them. Otherwise, the main restaurant works just fine. The hotel grounds were laid out just right. You go under the street through a tunnel to get to the private beach where there are 2 swimming pools, each with their own fully stocked bar. Snorkeling was great from here and quite safe as the ships created a nice barrier. As with any vacation, you make it what you want and we took advantage of everything the hotel had to offer and had an excellent time. We will go back soon.

This hotel live up to my expectations and surpassed them. My Wife and I will be returning to this resort in the future.

“AMAZING RESORT FOR THE PRICE”

Park Royal was amazing. It was a beautiful resort and the staff was very friendly. The only complaint would be the buffet was not that great. The other Two restaurants were great. Also, during the day there were plenty activities to do, so there is never a worry about boredom. The cruise ships coming in and out were fun to watch as well. HIGHLY RECOMEND AND WILL COME BACK NEXT YEAR.
