“We fell in love!”

My husband and I have done all inclusives the last few years and this time we wanted something that was in the middle of everything. We loved this little hotel! It was perfect for what we wanted. The room was sweet, we loved the little mosquito net hung over the bed, it gave it that island feel, and the service was great. Everything we needed from the staff we got! I loved the little breafast in the morning. It's not much, just some sweet rolls, juice and coffee, but we aren't big morning eaters, and it was exactly what we needed to start our day. If you rent a scooter to travel the island as we did, they provided a space to park it for free. We recieved suggestions for places to eat (the food was excellent! Try Pancho's backyard if you can as well as La Mission 3 blocks up from the hotel) We like to people watch and having a ocean view with a balcony was nice, we would sit in our hammock or chairs and talk and watch the flow of tourists... We can't wait to revisit this little island again...and we will definitely stay at vista del mar when we return!

“Charming hotel”

For those looking for the boutique feel, but not the prices. It has just that special touch of detail. If you want to stay away from the resort hotels but not sacrifice service or cleanliness...

“Great hotel, great staff!”

We read all the reviews about this hotel before our trip and we were not disappointed! Everything was great. The service is outstanding. Breakfast is taken to your room every morning. Linda and Martin were great. They were very courteous and willing to help us plan our stay, giving us suggestions and ideas of what we could do. Sometimes we would just go downstairs to chat with them. Room was always clean and very nicely decorated. We strongly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

“excellent choice”

Highly recommended for divers, shoppers,etc. not recommended for children or sun worshippers as it is not on a beach. Centrally located to town, restaurants and dive shops. Also you get a coupon for free nights on return stays.

This is a great hotel for the price. I felt very well taken care of. The staff is friendly and the location in town is very convenientto all shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay there.

“Lovely!!!”

We had such a great time being right in the heart of Cozumel and I swear the is not a more darling place to stay than Vista Del Mar. They were very accommodating and pleasant, also spoke great English. they give you a bottle of water every day, and they let you fill it up at their drinking water cooler, for FREE. They also have easy access to wireless internet right in your very own room, what a perk. We stayed at the Royal Islander in Cancun and they didn't accommodate us at all like that!

The staff at Vista del Mar was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
