Active Train tracks 50 feet from window.Posted Jun 24, 2014
Building condition and finishes were overall as expected, and as our stay was merely 11:00pm to 9:00am there was no chance to check-out the facilities, but for the price, the fact that there was a group of loud party-ers in the hallway which no staff attempted to quiet down and ask to be considerate of others after midnight, combined with the loud train traffic shunting nearby made our stay singular - I will not be going back.

Nice and comfortable roomsPosted Jun 19, 2014
Pros: Rooms are big.
Location: Location is good and quit.
Hotel was comfortable and clean but the servers at the bar and dining were not so fast in helping us, too busy with each other. Our privies stay was much more to our like.

Great friendly staff, lovely spacious room.Posted Jun 9, 2014
Pros: Travelled on my own and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Location: Really interesting town of Cranbrook to visit, mountains in the back ground were lovely and still had snow on them.
Great food, lovely facilities, close to airport. You can watch deer from the bars garden in the evening. Didn't have time to try the pool but it looked really nice.

Booking through expedia, it shows two complimentary breakfast. When we checking in, they refused. I argued long enough to finally get 2 - $15 vouchers
