Horrible customer servicePosted Oct 21, 2013
At the Check-in we were told that the breakfast was included, fact we did not care much as we had the family's house in 5 min walk. We went for breakfast 3 times and nobody asked our room number or adviced us about the extra charged. At the check-out we said to the receptionist that we had been for breakfast 3 times and she added the charges and asked us for 90 euros. We obviously said no and expleained their mistake and she threaten us to take the money from the credit card provided. Ominous staff

Novotel Paris Créteil- Not 4 star, too far awayPosted Sep 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is not 4 star. Far , far away from Paris. Subway station not close to hotel (20-30 min walk) and you will spend 1 hour to get into Paris. Driving to Paris is crazy and parking in Paris is really expensive (around 20 eur per 4-6 hours).I dont recommend you to stay here for vacations..

Hotel close to ParisEst University, walk 20minsPosted Sep 11, 2013
Pros: Clean, close to Uni
Cons: Dedicated Shower not bath/shower combination
Location: Bit isolated - a few restuarants within a 20min walk. Great if you want to go to the Mosque next door!
Nice clean hotel, shower not really up to standard for price. Breakfast nice although not included in price.

Fantastic servicePosted Sep 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were there as we had to bring our daughter to the universitiy. We had driven through the night from England and were extremely tried on arrival but what a lovely welcome we received, I think the staff on reception could see how tired we were and made a room ready earlier for us. We had drinks and a meal in the bar all staff were polite and extremely helpful. We will defiantly use this hotel again as a base to visit our daughter and Paris. Wifi brill, rooms clean if not a little tired, but comfortable.

Pros: Air con, Clean, Airy feel to lobby, nice staff
Cons: Bath Shower combination should be power shower
Location: Near Paris East Uni
Ok Hotel, shame breakfast not included in price. Room clean and airy. Shower not really good enough for price of room. Bit of a walk to nearest restaurant but not to far. Area seems safe at night. Will stay again if visit Uni again. Many thanks

Great Location during a hot summerPosted Aug 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel itself is in a fantastic spot beside Lac de Creteil and its park. The outdoor pool was brilliant. The hotel room etc. was fine and well looked after. The staff were very friendly but did not provide local information readily. For example there were very interesting shops and cafes at the southern tip of the lake which we only found by exploration. Top tip: if you are travelling without a car buy metro carnets and you can hop on the bus up and down to the metro.

Good budget hotelPosted Aug 18, 2013
Pros: Price and location.
Cons: Everything was good.
Location: Hotel was in outskirts of paris but conveniently located and less travelling time to notre dam, eiffel tower and louvre museum by car.
Overall it was good experience to stay. But rooms need more cleaning as carpets were a bit dirty. Secondly washroom and toilets should have locks installed in doors to ensure privacy.

Excellent hotel ideal for Paris and eurodisneyPosted Jul 27, 2013
Staff were helpful rooms were clean and tidy, pool was well liked by my children and the fridge in the room was a bonus as we were staying during the recent spell of warm weather. Overall a thoroughly well run hotel and would recommend it for a stay while visiting Paris.
