“best beds!”

fast hot water even on the 3rd floor, not sure how they do that. coffee provided with room was great and plentiful. love the beds there! theres even an assortment of pillows to please.

“Good stuff”

Great staff, Lyddie was awesome. Great pool, great room-we had 2 doubles. Very clean, great mattresses, not too noisy, nice lobby area. We had the complimentary breakfast on the 4th floor which was the weakest part of our stay. They should add some eggs and bacon or hot waffles.

This hotel was a great value for the price. It was very clean. The bath was small but workable.

The hotel was fully booked and we were treated great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

It was a nice hotel. Large size with nice modern rooms. Clean and efficient. Great for the business traveler.

Nice staff. We stayed there after visiting Wesleyan, but it was pretty far from the school. We were happy with the room. The indoor pool looked nice but we didn't use it.

“Great value for the price”

If one is in the greater Hartford area, the Crowne Plaza Cromwell offers convenient accommodations at a reasonable rate. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable and the room -- which, admittedly had no view -- was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was generous and tasty.

“Good location and rate”

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I had room service and the cheeseburger and onion rings were great! Service was excellent. The only negative is the shower. I'm 5'8 and I was pretty close to the ceiling. Wouldn't recommend if you are above average in height. It was an easy on/off to the main highway. Overall great experience.

“Very Pleased”

I had a great experience at this hotel. Note, I only stayed for one day/night. My room was very clean; no odors. The bed sheets, comforter and pillows were so comfy and clean. I didn't like that there was not a fridge in the room as I like to buy my food and keep it fresh, but whatever, its not a 4 or 5 star hotel and the price was right. Very safe and clean. I recommended this hotel for business travelers, although anyone will find it rather accommodating.

“dissapointed in Cromwell”

Was dissappointed with the state of this hotel. Have visited it many times in the past for business, but it is run down and the rooms are dingy. Could use a face lift. The staff is great! Super friendly and helpful!
