The eggs were excellent! The TV is from the 90s. 😕 You need some EV plug-ins. Update! Modernize!

Clean and comfortable.
The service was great, room clean and comfortable, breakfast was expansive and delicious. My only negative was that the bed was hard, but that's subjective. If I ever find myself in Crookston in the future, I would stay here again. =)

Wonderfully clean & friendly hotel
Wow! We were greeted with such friendly staff! The lobby was clean & organized! Check in was a breeze! Our room was wonderfully clean & smelled clean too. The room was stocked with everything we could need. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful! Many different options to choose from! So glad we stayed at this hotel. Definitely will be our top choice next time we are in town!

The hotel refused to honor a prepaid reservation. I had a reservation for a room with two queen beds. They wanted to force me to take a room with a sofa sleeper and king bed. Totally unacceptable. They could have given me a room with two king beds, but they said I would have to pay more. The management is unscrupulous and the AmericInn in Crookston, MN should be avoided. I found another hotel and stayed there.

We are sorry that the room type that you wanted was not available. We did upgrade you from a double queen to a king suite for no extra charge, due to this. We did refund Expedia the cost of the room, so work with Expedia to refund you.

I was greeted by very pleasant employees who even offered to help carry luggage to my second floor room if I needed. The lobby, room, pool area was well kept and clean. The only things that weren’t 5 stars were the shower pressure (very low) and the hot tub could have used some attention. Overall, our stay was great.

The bathroom vent was dirty and moldy. Everything else was wonderful. Debbie, our receptionist went out of her way and was amazing. The breakfast was really good too. Very comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely go back again.
