The hallways smelled like cooked fish. Totally disgusting smell as I had to cover my nose to walk out to the car. Rooms were clean but towels were thin and cheap. The staff was friendly but hardly at the front desk as you had to wait or call someone to come to front desk.

Bathroom was dirty, old cigarette burns on counter. Rusty bathroom fixtures,broken mirror and lampshade. Hotel is outdated , beds and furniture not in good condition.

The remote would not work with the TV. There was soap left in the shower from the previous person's visit. Our air conditioner would not work. When we asked the hotel manager to help, he came to look at it, but did not fix it, nor did he offer us a different room (there were MANY open rooms) or a discount. He did give us a fan to help us get through the night.

We had pets, and we’re placed at the end of the building where people would go out to smoke or let their pets out. It was convenient, but it made our pets constantly bark when they heard a noise. There was an old stain on the countertop and on the toilet there was a knick in the seat, and there was a cigarette burn hole in the top cover of one of the beds. We were told all these things were just how they are and there’s no problem with them. The manager was very responsive, but they didn’t offer to do anything about them. They only offered sausage links or patties on the continental breakfast. The lights for the pool were not placed in their socket, but were floating on the top of the pool.

Comfortable experience for a short stay
Better than expected for a mid-range hotel. Easy acces from I-40. Professional and courteous staff. Room very comfortable with everything you need or want for a short stay. Will definitely consider this place, if i pass this way again.

Front desk was very nice and noticed that i had two knee braces on and offer to move us to a first floor unit close to the main entrance It worked out perfect and had two beds vs king. But saved me from walking further distance and for that Super Stars for him

The room smelled musty. Cross between dirty Sox’s and wet dog! Had a desk chair held together with black electrical tape and a broken down recliner from someone’s garage. If the room was a $35 a night I might understand but it was well over $100!!

Might be worth $50 a night.
The bug crawling across the dresser was the final straw for my and my kids. It was musty, the sheets didn’t fit, the card holder had been used already, the TV was very small for even a bedroom let alone a hotel room. My kids were very relieved when we left and went somewhere else.
