Staff were awesome. Very helpful with everything during our stay. Didn’t realize there was a railroad track directly across the street. Surprised us the first night but didn’t deter us from staying. We were there 4 nights and stayed in the same room that was facing the front of the building closest to the tracks. By night 3 I didn’t even notice the trains any longer.

Under the circumstances everything was great. We arrived on the tail end of a snow storm with single digit temperatures. Room was clean and warm.

Very nice stay. The room we started in had a faulty thermostat, so we were moved 2 doors down; the attendant was very apologetic and gracious. Comfortable beds, got great sleep. Noticed when we were leaving there's an activity railroad just across the highway but were not disturbed during our stay by any trains at all. Breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of hot items. Highly recommend.

Keycards would not work no matter how separate you kept them from cell phones and other cards. They wouldn’t work straight from checking in. This place is just, not clean. My room had chewing gum on floor that no one had bothered to pick up, hair on the walls of the shower, stains on the chairs in the room, it just look half cleaned with dirty floors. Lots of ladybugs?! The more worrying aspect of staying here is that I was given a room that had a door to an adjoining room, and the door was left unlocked. I of course locked this door immediately but repeatedly had both my entrance door and the joining room door messed with at different times. I had to yell at someone trying to use a keycard to get into my room by screaming THIS IS NOT YOUR ROOM. So yeah, I don’t recommend staying here. It’s worth the extra expense to stay at the nicer option directly behind this hotel. I’m rarely spooked by your standard 3-4 floor hotel with interior hallways and continental breakfast. But it was dirty, out of date, and too many instances of people messing with my doors. Stealing my do not disturb tag also. Checkout at 11am at that. Cleaning staff harassing you at 9:30am. Just, not good. I’m just your average 2 star hotel traveler. For this price range, it’s very disappointing.

Stayed for 5 nights while in area for business, The property is convenient to Rt. 40 and area restaurants. The location is right across the highway from a quite active freight railroad and the trains will be heard at all hours. The breakfast was decent although the items are the same daily. Would stay again if in the area.

Clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but everything we expected and all we needed. The one issue was having to hold our breath every time we walked through the lobby because the deodorizers were so strong and smelly. It was overwhelming. Unless you’re trying to mask a dead body you don’t need that much air freshener.

I sorted by hotels that accept pets, then realized after paying for the room that the property did not take dogs. Fortunately, the desk clerk understood and let me check in.

Room was clean though there was an odor at the door but not in the room itself. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with lots of pressure. Clean linens. I liked that the wall HVAC was controlled by a digital thermostat on the wall. TV had lots of channels. The breakfast was just ok: powdered eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, and several other choices. The coffee was always bitter. Staff very friendly and always working! Would stay again.

A GOOD OPTION FOR A NIGHT
I stayed for 8 days, my room was cleaned twice. The bed wasn't changed only made up and no vacuuming was done. i asked at the front desk for clean towels . Breakfast was great and the staff for the most part were very friendly and helpful (Patti was great)

Sofa bed wasn’t really a bed . Two slabs of concrete. Walls are very thin so you hear outside noise clearly. Stay in Farragut instead of here.

Happy in Harriman
I am normally a Hilton Family Hotel user, but I have stayed at this location on 2 occasions. When I am in the Harriman area, I will never choose another hotel. The King Room is so comfortable that I had a great nights sleep which isn't normal when I am away from home. Their breakfast in the morning hit the spot as well. Can't say enough good things about them.

Highly recommend! We only stayed one night driving through TN. Front desk attendant Patty was very kind and professional. Our room was super clean and had comfortable bedding. Very clean bathroom. A quiet stay. Breakfast was a good spread and delicious. Would definitely stay here again
