very pleasant and comfortablePosted Sep 18, 2013
Pros: handy location right next to the main road yet set back away from any noise
Location: plenty of places to eat nearby, and an outlet mall a short distance away
We stayed 1 night, was pleased to see how new everything was in the place - carpets especially were or seemed to be brand new. Friendly welcome from the owner who gave us helpful tips as to how to reach the outlet mall which I would have missed otherwise!

Nice Place and getting better....Posted Sep 13, 2013
Pros: Close to town and our Location for business.
Cons: Hot Side Breakfast...
Location: N/A for us. Business
We have stayed at this location before over the last year or so maybe 5 6x the staff id nice and cordial. They are making improvements and remodeling the rooms a few at a time. We were lucky enough to get a newly remodeled non smoking room. It was very nice..... Microwave, Refrigerator, High Speed Inter Net (Was very fast) , and the shower was heaven.... You can do a lot worse in the area let me tell you! We had a nice Breakfast. If I had any criticism at all it would be about the breakfast. The cold foods and cereal were fine.. Doughnuts, muffins, bagels and CC nice and fresh and the bar was kept clean... The Hot side however lift me wanting. The sausage was wet cooked (Perhaps baked, but left in the sauce...) There were NO EGGS and the Garvey was cool not HOT... The biscuits however were very good... I realize I am a little picky but after if you are going to do something do it well. I would definitely stay here again.

Much better than expected!Posted Sep 2, 2013
Pros: It was very clean and quiet, and everything in the room worked like it was supposed to.
Cons: The breakfast was a little weak. It would have been better if it had more variety.
I was worried about the quality of this hotel because the price seemed low, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel was a great value for the money.

Convenient locationPosted Jul 28, 2013
Pros: Right next to I-40. Easy check in and out. Pet friendly with a large area to walk pets.
Cons: Only request would be a pet waste deposit container out by the dog walk area.
Location: Right next to I-40. Cumberland County Playhouse, Stonehaus Winery, Lots of golf courses. Forte' Restaurant in downtown Crossville.
Quiet weekend stay with a pleasant staff. We were there to see a show at the Cumberland County Playhouse. Easy check in and out. Nice free breakfast. Pet friendly with a large area to walk pets. Only request would be a pet waste deposit container out by the dog walk area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend La Quinta to anyone staying over in Crossville.

o.k. stayPosted Jul 19, 2013
Pros: I liked the fact that it was right off of I-40. It was clean and nice carpet. Nice staff
Cons: Blemishes in bathroom, refrigerator temp.better controled, pool PH controlled, hot tub controller? and suds control and lights on in pool room.
Location: Easy to access from expressway. About the only thing to do is golfing.
They just got through laying new carpet everywhere I could see and it looks nice. While the staff were very attentive, and our room was clean and comfortable, we did have a few issues. The air didn't go very cold, the bathroom was not terribly invitiing, the refrigerator froze our water and my peach, and the pool water was cloudy and very uninviting. If I paid half the price for the room, I wouldn't complain, but it was not worth the money they charge for it.

Ehh, it's OK.Posted May 8, 2013
Ehh, it was OK. Nothing too great - but not quite worth the amount per night I paid for it.
