BLACK MOLD AND NO HEAT!!!

Firstly, they didn't even know I had reservations when I got there and I had booked 2 rooms. After finally getting checked in went to the rooms and turned the heat on it was in the low 20's outside and snowy. After noticing the black mold on the ceiling and the tiles over the mirror in the bathroom were falling we went to the other room, there it was a little cleaner. After being there an hour the heat started blowing cold air and they offered us a space heater but sounded surprised. I got so frustrated we packed up and left in severe weather and a almost broke down car. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! This place was a health hazard! I wish I had thought to drag out the phone and take pictures but I didn't. :(

No pool as stated in listing, no amenities, no clock. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of storage. Towels very thin and small. Place needs extensive renovations. Would recommend only as a place to stay with no expectations.

Pathetic

No shampoo. No change in sheets between two days. No fitted sheets. Place is about 45 years old with standard key not electronic locks.
