We want to come back and stay again, beautiful and so much to do. The only thing that was tough is things closed up pretty early. Pool, workout room etc.

The "property" is quite nice and it's in a very nice location. What surprised me was the concierge STAFF unexpected sales approach and "pitches." What I understood to be an invitation to breakfast on departure day turned out to be a :30 delay to be seated and a 90-minute sales pitch that I didn't know was coming. I left with a very BAD image of what was, up to then, a good experience.

The lack of USB charging ports with the electrical outlets. A nice convenience for today's world. Warn residents of the non-standard rise in stair steps.

Nice property, updated unit.
Nice property, very clean. They will pitch you to sign up for their time share but they were not too pushy. My advice would be to request an upstairs unit. We were downstairs and could hear every footstep, door closing and toilet flush, even muffled voices from our upstairs neighbors. Would have been a much more enjoyable stay if we were upstairs.

Terrible experience unacceptable all the way around. Booked & paid thru Orbitz but staff could not locate the reservation. After emailing the itinerary the stated that they would have to create a new booking onsite which took over an hour! The 2 bedroom suite looked Nothing like the photos from our booking, not one single photo matched the description! Property Sterling Forest or SF 5315 - poorly cleaned but worse the smell was unbearable weird. Only one room in the unit was able to access wi-fi no signal in living room or back bedroom, no jetted or garden shower tub, no dining room table and chairs or dinette set instead a vinyl padded corner block ive seen classier at a bus station. The room was never changed or fixed, nor were the amenity band bracelets sorted out, the resort claimed it must be a glitch with the third party booking system. At the end of our stay the kids still had not been able to swim or any amenities which resulted in us packing up to find somewhere else across town. Ive stayed at 3 wyndham properties in the smoky mountains 4-5 stars... this location is a shame to the wyndham family name

I loved how well I was treated when I checked in. Brandi and Brian were awesome. Professional and so friendly at the same time. Making sure I was completely satisfied. I was not happy with the first option I was given. I went back to the front office to see if there was another option. They made it happen. They are what great customer service is all about! I have already made plans to stay again.

I love the quiet environment. I wish the indoor pool was heated. I suggest a guided tour ride on a golf cart to help guest find things they have interest in . In the future possibly get a trolley to take guest places.

Fairfield Glade was lovely. The condo was perfect. The BIG problem was that the hotel desk didn’t have my reservation. Something went wrong on Hotels.com end that y’all didn’t let them know we had a reservation.

We stayed for 4 nights for a golf tournament in a 1 bedroom suite & couldn’t have been more pleased with this place! Check in/check out was a breeze. Extremely friendly staff. 2 minute drive to the golf course. Condo was extremely clean & in great condition—I’m pretty picky when it comes to hotel rooms, but I was more than comfortable all stay long! Having a living room & full kitchen was a big bonus!

The condo we stayed in was very nice. Clean, comfortable, with everything you need. Enjoyed some walking paths, recreational facilities, and all the nice residents we met. We got lost several times, but was always helped by the kind people all around. Would be a Great place to live, Hope to revisit again.

Nice Condo!
The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean, great location and size. Fairfield Glade has a lot of ammenities to enjoy and a lot of that is i included wirh your wyndham stay (pool access, beach access, etc.). We were in town visiting family so we didn't use access like we could have, but its great that it's included. The only downside was that the Wyndam staff try to talk you into their timeshare presentation breakfast at check in. Even though with the timeshare catch, we would book again.
