“Good for the money”

Stayed here for two nights with our family of 5 (including 3 young kids). Comfortable room with two queens + a sofa bed. Pretty good breakfast.

“Very Friendly!”

We came from Michigan to Illinois for a family event. Comfort Inn & Suites was very courteous and friendly. They understood we were there to enjoy our family and made sure we knew they were all welcome as guests of ours to come to the hotel and enjoy the pool and accommodations with us. Would stay there again.

The ONLY negative was that the pool was a little small, but still plenty of room for everyone.

This hotel was so clean.We checked in kind of late and needed some things sent up to our room. The staff and Night manager promptly got the things and had them sent to or room. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel.I will more than likely be back next year.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, close to a lot of restuarants and shopping in Crystal Lake. It was very clean and the included breakfast each morning was a welcome surprise. I was there to visit my neice and to attend graduation services at Northwestern University. Would definately stay here again.

The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of food. The hotel is close to a movie theatre, restaurants and shopping. It was very kid friendly and the staff was very accommodating. We'd go back!

It's great! The rooms are large and quite comfortable. The morning breakfast is wonderful, too! Great place for the $.

“Great hotel for a family.”

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. The only complaint we had was that the air conditioner would not stay on and keep the rooms at a constant temperature. The rooms had lots of space and the free breakfast was great!

the swimming pool was very dirty.elevator did not work.coffee machine was broken.

Hotel is a good place to stay--clean, nicely decorated. This was our third time there. Only complaint is there is not enough seating for the complimentary breakfast, and it cost more than when we stayed last Thanksgiving.
