One of the beds had glitter all over the sheet and food crumbs. The advertisements for the restaurant, which did not open on time, stared kids eat free. I even looked on Expedia too cold this to be true as well. However, this was not the case. The pool was very dirty; phlegm and bugs floating in it, debri on the ground of it. Bandaids and garbage on the floor, even what looked like vomit by the wheelchair lift. There was a loud noise coming from another rob at night, sounded like it was from the pipes. It scared my 5 year old. Housekeeping pounded on doors at 10 am (checkout is at 11). People were trying to tell her they were getting ready to leave. She indicated that she didn’t know English, Staff was friendly, but overall a disappointing experience.

My only complaint was the gym. It really smells bad down there. I also told the front dek there was nothing to clean the machines with and that still wasn't taken care of when i left I was locked out but got help from Svitlana not once but twice. She is awesome and so nice. It was also nice being checked in on by text.

I keep coming back to this hotel when I travel because it’s so great. Staff is really kind, and rooms are very comfy and clean (and I’m VERY picky when it comes to hotels). This time, I had a room next to the elevator so it was a little loud at times but nothing unbearable or past 11pm. Got a little unlucky with my upstairs neighbors stomping around a bit at night, but it’s a hotel - not a private home, so what can you do. Thanks for another great stay!!

The property is in a great location. The staff is amazing the chef the people working there, but they have to deal with what they’re dealt and the facility needs a major upgrade. I would stay there again, but the hotel room doors are peeling. There were dead bugs in the corner of the room. There is no water pressure in the showers. None of this is the staffs fault, when you are in an area like that in a prime location, you need to do something to put the monies there and update the hotel

I love the fact that it was far enough off the road that you didn't have to deal with a lot of traffic nois. It was exceptionally clean well decorated easy to access.

The pool was a lot better before the changes , there was dirty underwear in our closet the tv didn't work so I called the desk , they said they tried to get their engineer but he did'nt answer so I went down to the lobby and had to ask them for a new room before they did ... this place once was a nice hotel

A 2 week stay gives you time to really rate a place. IMHO this hotel is only weeks from closing. Minimal staffing - and many safety issues related to the swimming pool. The bar is only open on Friday and Saturday nights. It was closed NYE! Restaurant also had limited hours. The swimming pool has no working emergency phone. The door into the pool did not lock, so anyone can walk in. It also had the normal scum on the top tiles. Pool temperature was nice. My room and bed were very comfortable. I did have a leaky door closet and reported it multiple times. They did not fix it. I had to avoid the small oil patch in the doorway. Lighting was inadequate. One lamp still has a CFL bulb.

I have been staying at this Holiday Inn for many years and always counted on the bar Restuarant being open nightly. this seemed to have changed in the past years. i still plan on staying at this hotel in the future and hope things will return to normal.

Went to visit family and had the grandkids stay with me. They sure loved the pool and the glass elevator. The room was nice and large and the beds were very comfy too. Would definitely stay here again.

We had prepaid for our hotel room a month in advance. We were celebrating the holidays with family members and thus didn’t check in until 5am. Upon check in, the woman at the desk informed us that because we arrived so late that we were counted as a no-show and that we were unable to obtain our room although we technically had it until 11am. She said if we wanted a new room we would be charged an inconvenience fee plus another room fee. After informing her we had driven 6 hours and needed to drive 6 hours back and that we only wanted the room for our allotted time to sleep, she said there was nothing she could do for us. Safe to say we will not stay here ever again due to the staff and policies.

The rooms are really nice but not soundproof at all. We heard the people next door screaming at like 2:00 am. The elevators had a strange smell and the glass windows looking outside from the elevators were filthy
