“Great Place and Location”

Came into town for a ride on the Withlocoochie trail and this motel was very close. I was in the building to the right of the pool area and loved it!!! Quiet, great room design and comfortable. I have already suggested this motel to may other cyclists!

“Cyclist Paradise”

The Central Motel is perfect for cyclists who want to ride the Withlacoochee Trail. Located adjacent to the trail, you can hop on your bike and ride for miles in either direction. Rooms are big enough to hold 2 bikes, but their is also a locked shed for guests.

Very friendly people and understanding, my trip was cut short and they only charged me for the time I was there.

The Central Motel in Inverness is the perfect choice for any cyclists, runners, walkers, rollerbladers, etc. who are interested in utilizing the Withlacoochie rail-trail. It's a "trailfront" property so there's no car needed once you're at the motel. The downtown area is within a couple of minutes and there are several places to eat/drink within a block, not to mention a great little bakery right on the premises and a convenience store within spitting distance. The room was clean, had good air conditioning, fridge, free high speed internet, TV, and plenty of hot water for showers. What else could you possibly need? Hotel staff were very friendly. Overall a very nice stay!

The Hotel was near to everything. The room was well maintained, people were very friendly, pool was great. I will stay again when traveling in that area.

“Right on Withacoochee Rail Trail”

This is an older basic hotel with no frills but the room was clean and the staff pleasant. If you are bicycling on the Withacoochee trail you can't beat the location. The hotel is 5 minutes from "downtown" Inverness where there are decent places to eat.

Adequate, clean, quiet and cost effective, adjacent to Withlacoochee Trail (out the back door)

“Good choice for biking the trail”

A very basic accomodation but well located if you are there to bike the trail, as it is located right out back. It was comfortable enough and relatively clean, but the smell of air freshener practically knocked our socks off.
