Nice area

Pros: It was everything I was looking for in a hotel, and within walking distance to shops. I had no problems with my room. Loved the location.
Location: There is a Subway restaurant two doors down on the same side of street, and McDonald's across the street, plus lots of other stores and shops nearby.
I used the hotel as a place to rest after my long flight and before departing for the Pantanal. I spent two nights there before my tour and one night afterward. I liked the hotel so much I changed my original plans to stay elsewhere, as the location could not be beat with a stick, if you are without a car. I walked around a lot, and felt perfectly safe at all times. I ate at the big breakfast buffet every day (included with room price), tried the restaurant once for lunch, the food was good. All the staff are very nice.

Excellent room service meal. Expensive drinks. No tea / coffee service that we found. No map of Cuiaba available so we didn't know where to go. They have a machine in the lobby but you can't take that with you.

extreme comfort!

the bed was SO comfy! i loved the luxurious pillow top - and totally unexpected for the price i paid for the hotel :-) the breakfast was very nice and there was a lot of variety. The location appeared to have no close attractions, but I was there just for a night so it didn't matter too much for the stay.

good hotel, centrally located

Pros: location, reception staff, condition of the bedroom and bathroom, very good breakfast and a computer for internet, nice appetizer buffet
Location: central to downtown and main roads, particularly to the Transpantaniera in northern Pantanal and the Chapada dos Guimaraes
we had a late arrival and were promptly picked up at the airport, the hotel is right on a main street in Cuiaba and close to the main highways in and out of town, there is a lot of construction in town due to the FIFA games in 2014 and driving can be very confusing, hotel staff were very helpful and we actually stayed for a total of four nights at this property before and after we went to the Pantanal , we might have been able to get a more reasonable rate but chose to stay at this hotel due to the convenience and the overall accommodations at this property......

Staying in Cuiaba only for one night only. Pleasant stay, beautiful hotel, nice people and buffet breakfast. Right in city.

A complete service hotel with English speaking sta

Pros: Breakfast buffet, English speaking staff.
Cons: Lobby and restaurant way too cold.
Location: Convenient to the craft and food bazaar two blocks away.
Everything was fine except that the lobby and restaurant were very cold with too much air conditioning.
