The service was outstanding. The administration employees did an excellent job overall. The administrative assistant on the front desk welcome me with a smile and assured me that my stay would be pleasant and it was. All employees were extremely friendly. Thank you for your outstanding job.

I have been staying at this hotel for years! The service is prompt. I really enjoy their outdoor features like all the beautiful plants it has on the 6th floor. The 6th floor also has a beautiful city view. The restaurant is located on the 8th floor, with windows surrounding the landscape. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel.

Restrooms very outdated, service awfully slow, Hotel manager was arrogant, rude and inconsiderate of family reunions. Our family booked over 6 rooms, ordered room service after waiting for over 1.5 hours and no food or drinks we went to the nearest convenience store to get snacks, after almost 2 hours our food and drinks came, the manager 5 minutes later approached us and said we had to get rid of anything we didn’t consume at the hotel. This manager didn’t want to hear anything and continued to walk by us just looking at us, not once did he ask, how was our stay or any thing.

Le falta un elevador,para personas de la tercera edad y discapacidad,para usar Sus instalaciones, cuarto con mucho oloroso a humedad, y mucho moho en el baño.

hotel could have done better
the older clerk in the reception desk is unprofessional, never looked at my eyes when he was explaining things coz he was doing other unimportant things. I hanged a door sign for cleaning service the next day, but room wasn't cleaned and we needed toilet papers and kleenex facial tissues; I ended calling the front desk at 11p for them after waiting 1 hr.

Great place to stay…. Very close to plenty of places to eat. Very clean, however, the dryer wasn’t working and the water in the pool was freezing cold.

The hotel is ok for a quick trip. Their A/C is not the best. Their Elevator was not working and we had to walk 8 floors every time to get to our rooms. Customer service is great and friendly.

La estancia en hotel linda vista esta perfecta,muy buena ubicacion y un hotel limpio y servicial,mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien y aparte la alberca esta perfecta para los niños,esta en conjunto ala lomita y muy centrico a todo culiacan,se los recomiendo,y el staff muy respetable y limpio muchas gracias nuestras vacaciones estuvieron perfectas y claro que regresaremos ala misma estancia en hotel linda vista.

This property needs a lot of work for the price they charge rooms are dirty mold in the bathroom no amenities 1 water for 2 people beds hard request toilet paper never got it they dont sweep or mop the room sheets and blankets dirty very disappointed for the price you paid.

The Place to Lounge
When I travel to Culiacan I stay one night at this hotel to relax after a long travel. It has always been the same great experience. Bedding, ambience and great helpful staff it is a trademark along with its cleanliness.

Llegamos a media noche y tardamos 30 minutos asta que alguien nos atendio,salio la persona todo domido y no encontrava mi reservacion que hise en linea y queria que volviera a pagar cuando ya avia pagado en linea, el cuarto tiene cosas en muy mal estado la tabla de planchar toda sucia manchada, no sirvio el telefono del cuarto los focos fundidos, no avia detector de humo, la mesa sucia y manchada muy mal estado

Nice place
I love this place. I always stay here. The staff is friendly Don Ramon is always great and my whole family enjoys staying here. Only bad thing is this time around they had some construction/remodeling of some.of.the rooms, but overall a nice.place. I love the church right next door and the amazing view of the restaurant at night although dinner service is not great but breakfast is wow!!!
