I know it’s a hotel off an interstate, but one of the worst I’ve stayed in as a midwestern traveler on the way to the Gulf for vacation. The pry bar mark in the door entering our room was really unsettling checking in with young kids. There was clearly a forced entry at some point. The pull out sleeper sofa was disgusting. Black marks on the mattress was so gross. I was hesitant to touch any surface. We will not be staying here again, I’d rather sleep in my car or drive straight through.

Unfortunately; breakfast was quite sparse on Tuesday 2/28/24. They ran out of wheat bread, milk for cereal, hard boiled eggs, apple juice, and fruit. We were told that the food delivery was not coming until Thursday. Hopefully someone will go to the local store and supplement their breakfast supplies. We ate quite early so I am wondering what the later risers had for breakfast. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The check-in host was really nice and very helpful, we had our race car on a trailer and thier parking lot was able to accommodate and she also let me know they had a security systems with good cameras! The rooms were EXCELLENT! Really comfortable beds and lasting hot showers!

Clean, great service, but the bed was brick hard, lumpy and we didn’t sleep! Bad start to a long trip!

The beds were uncomfortable, there was mold on the ceiling in the room and bathroom. The bathroom had no heater or vent to prevent condensation building up while in the shower.

The room needed some repairs & upgrades. The toilet seat didn’t match the shape of the toilet bowl. Doors w/chips out of them. Walls w/wallpaper seams apart & sticking out. Window in room looked gross, coated from outside or between panes and unable to see out.

The lady at the front desk was so nice & helped me figure out how to fix the tv because netflix wasn’t working, helped me with check out when my flight got delayed, & gave me places to visit when I come back. The other customers are so welcoming & nice. Thanks for making my stay in Cullman enjoyable!!

Everything was good, the toilet did run some during the night but Everything else was good. Our neighbors were very loud but that cant be helped when you travel.

I drove from out of state for a family funeral. Upon arriving, I was told that there was no room for me because “our system allows overbooking on Expedia.” Thankfully, I arrived early in the day and was able to secure a room at another hotel. If I had waited until after the funeral to check-in, all hotels in the area would have been booked. When asked if I was going to be charged for the Expedia booking, which I paid for in advance, I was told I would need to contact Expedia. I will neither use Expedia again to book anything, nor will this hotel chain my first choice. Not a great system for travelers.

I enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn. Staff was very accommodating. They also had popcorn and raspberry drink and water available for guest! Breakfast was also delicious with variety of fresh fruit!
