This is not a good hotel. Horrible breakfast. The privacy is difficult. It is so close to the highway and smells like a garage.

Updated Property with large clean rooms

Pros: Location, employees, and room size
Cons: Breakfast could use waffle iron or hot plate to warm food. Pancakes in microwave were ok but could be better. Replace towels
Location: Close tot he 405
Close to the 405 and an older property that has been updated. We were worried about it being close to the 405 but didnt hear any road noise in the rooms. Beds were nice and rooms had lots of space. We had a SPA room with had a king bed and full size but still had lots of space. I had issue with WIFI but it was resolved very quickly. Breakfast room was nice and clean and staff was friendly. One thing was very odd. We hung up towels to reuse and conserve resources per information in bathroom. Towels were removed from both our rooms and we not replaced. We had to call front desk and wait until they had towels available.

Decent hotel

It's a decent hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and neat. The main problem was that it was rather noisy.

Centrally located

Nice hotel close to the 405N along with Venice, Santa Monica and Hollywood in 5 mile radius. Used to live in the area not more then mile away so Iwas very familiar with surroundings. Check in required $150 security deposit. Only thing that was weird was that they changed room numbers during the middle of my stay and I had to get new room keys. They could have at least told me about this at check in..... If you like ramen there is a great shop/restaurant nearby and downtown Culver City is worth checking out also.

bugs in the room

First thing we saw were bugs/critters in the bathtub. We were so tired and had appointments scheduled the next day so we could not check out immediately. Do not get me wrong, the staff were nice. Anyways, had to cut our stay short and move to a furnished apartment. Expedia was nice enough to be cooperative on this.

Good hotel closer to Culver Boulevard

Pros: Proximity to restaurants to shops..of course close to Culver boulevard
Cons: Breakfast, AC and the emanating smell from the drainage through wash basin
I would definitely look for a better one than this hotel in a given option.

Convenience and value

Pros: value, proximity to West LA locations, parking. Staff was limited, but very friendly.
Cons: Maybe re-carpet, and upgrade amenities, but then pricing would have to change.
This is not a hotel for the corporate business traveler. However, I was looking for reasonable value, and nothing seedy, for a visit to family living in West LA. This hotel served to purpose very well. I had a clean well-priced king-size bed room, with functioning WiFi, cable TV, parking and coffee in the morning. We were able to get to Venice Beach in 15 minutes, and Westwood in around the same time.

Where do I start..... The shower did not drain the hot tub was peeling. The micro wave only worked on the number one. The coffee pot did not work the blow dryer would not stay on for more than one min. And the breakfast was undesirable at least.
