Enjoyed the location and surroundings. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Lots of information in the lobby to choose from.

Don't go there unless a gun is pointed at you!

Pros: The receptionist was courteous and accepted that I change hotels without charging me anything.
Cons: Short of tearing it down and rebuilding it, not much would work.
Location: The location is convenient but, given the overall state of things, that does not matter.
Water drips from the ceiling in front of the reception as you're checking in. The elevator does not work so you have to go in from the back and carry your suitcase up the stairs. When you open the drapes to get the sun, a huge spider nest greets you. The stench in the hallways is ever present.

Perfectly fine business stay…

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: The bed was great. I haven't slept that well in a long time.
Cons: It's probably too much to expect for an elevator to appear, so I would just underscore the importance of general maintenance and cleanliness.
Location: There are a few nice restaurants nearby.
Got into town for a conference and check-in was easy. The place didn't have an elevator, and I was on the fourth floor, but it wasn't bad - it's easy enough to walk up stairs. The room had some water damage on the ceiling and around the windows, but that area had had some really unique weather and rain. There was a tissue under the bathroom sink, which kind of grossed me out, but the rest of the bathroom was spotless. If I had been traveling with my family, it probably would have played differently, but since it was just me on an overnight, I was fine. The bed was comfortable and clean, all of the lights worked, the WiFi was easy to navigate and worked fine. The breakfast in the morning was basic, but good enough to get me going.

Not impressed!

Posted Aug 13, 2014
When I entered the lobby there were puddles on the floor where the roof was leaking. The curtains in my room had mudd on them. I had hair in my sink. The staff was not that friendly. I almost slipped on the floor in the breakfast area because the janitor was mopping during the breakfast hours. For the amount of money I was paying for my room, I expected a lot more!

Mix up with room.

Pros: N/A
Cons: Talk to the hotel personally when booking.

Somehow there was a mistake with our room. I wanted non smoking room, but it was booked smoking. They couldn't find us another room. The room they put us in had the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on. Won't be staying there again. Thank you

Basic needs are meet.

Only positive is that they have extra large double queen rooms. During ski season this would be great for gear. This place is basic...no frills. Needs lots of upkeep as they have let grounds and other parts of hotel go.

Good experience: We were able to check in 2 hrs before the allowed time. Bad experience: Furnitures not in good condition. The external view is not impressive. I

Not terrible, Not great

Posted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: Room was clean with reasonable size.
Cons: See above, plus some more TV channels please !!!
Location: Mountain Biking, Boating
Warm water (not hot), bathroom sink near clogged, strange noise from the bathroom every time you open the door to the room. No voicemail on room phone. Breakfast adequate, nothing to write home about. Wifi was flaky with a poor signal strength.

Affordable, spacious and comfortable!

The Quality Inn at Deep Creek was the perfect place to stay after a long day of skiing. We were happy with the large room and comfortable atmosphere. Bathroom was clean and nice; room was warm. The staff was polite and attentive! We will definitely stay there again when we head out for a little vacation!
