“fantastic view of the lake”

the hotel is on the express way so obviously a vehicle is the only way to get there. the staff we had on arrival was extremely efficient. room was big (we had booked a family room) restaurant adjacent to the hotel was ok. as a stop over hotel full marks to the hotel.

“Decent hotel Nr Kendal”

This Days Inn hotel is is a great location for the Lakes and being on the M6 motorway easy to get too. The views from the hotel and adjoining services across the lake are beautiful. I have stopped at this hotel on numerous occasions always on business, they do say they have WI FI in all rooms I have yet to be able to use it, so if you really need it the services do have limited internet, but not in the rooms of the hotel. Pros;- Good location Pleasant staff Clean and tidy Reasonable price Cons:- No Internet in rooms Upkeep not always perfect Restaurant in separate building Overall rating 7/10

“Good experience”

Hotel was good. Check in was smooth and quick. We had a fantastic view of the lake. Unfortunately could not really enjoy it since we came in at 8pm and left by 8am next day. The mattress was extremely soft and that's not necessarily a good thing. Turning in bed was a little uncomfortable. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel. Its about half an hour away from Lake Windermere so not too bad.

“Very good experience at Days Inn in Kendal”

The hotel is situated by the lake, the view of which is superb. We were expecting noise because it's close to the motorway but we were very happy that we could sleep peacefully in the comfortable beds. This was our first experience staying in this hotel but will definitely use it again.

“Beautiful”

the view at the back from the bedroom window was the Lake! It was Beautiful to wake up to that. It was mission to find though. We booked a family room and it turned out to be huge!! we go a double bed, a sofa bed and then ajoing second bedroom with 2 single beds.
