B & B next to the beach

Posted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: It was so welcoming, light and airy. Sue is so lovely, it's almost like going to stay with a friend. The room was lovely.
Cons: For us it was perfect, nothing could be improved.
Location: We enjoyed the lovely walks and views, even though the weather was not great, it was still beautiful
Certainly worth a visit, a beautiful location, comfortable lodgings, fab breakfast and a perfect hostess. You can,t ask for more. Me and my husband stayed on valentines day, with our dog Bobs. The room was lovely, the location was so nice, having your breakfast looking out at the sea. Sue was so nice, she couldn't do enough for us. We will most certainly go back. Our dog was made very welcome, he soon felt at home. Sue told us where we could go to eat and take Bobs, we went to a lovely pub who treat him as well as us. We visited the priory and the temple and enjoyed walks with the lovely sea view. Heather and Nigel.

Comfortable Place to Stay!

When we arrived at the Sea Wood Bed And Breakfast, Sue was very helpful and friendly. There is a nice view out the window and when we had breakfast she cooked a very yummy breakfast which our whole family loved. Overall this place is a really clean and friendly place which has nearly everything you need.We would really like to come back again.

Was overbooked

Posted Oct 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
I did not stay at the hotel because of a mistake at the hotel with booking. I was bumped to The Bay Horse B&B and had to pay the difference between the cost of the Sea Wood B&B and The Bay Horse.

It is a shame that Paul was double booked into a room however as compensation Seawood B&B did pay to place Paul in other local accommodation at double the cost charged by Seawood. It must be noted that Paul was very happy with this arrangement as all cost associated with this was taken care of by Seawood B&B

Fantastic Hospitality

Posted Sep 14, 2013
The bed & breakfast is in a great location right next to the waterfront. The landlady (Sue) gave us a very warm welcome and we were also greeted by Chester (a very cute dog). During our stay we were unfortunate enough to be caught in a very heavy rain storm. Sue insisted on lending us 2 waterproof coats & an umbrella to enable us to go out and eat at the local pub. The room was lovely and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast room has a beautiful view. Sue could not have done more to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
