Our hotel was everything we expected of it the only hiccup was the mess up through your mix up with the booking, Luckely the staff at Travel Lodge Carlisle Central sorted it out for us'

“I would select an alternative hotel”

One of the windows wouldn't close and there was no alternative family room available. We were given towles to block the draught. We also had to ask for bed linen for the fold away bed, despite my booking showing it was a family room, they claimed it was only booked for two adults. I'm glad I had a print out of the booking with me. We were using this hotel as a stop over point to break up a drive down south in England. The location wasn't the greatest as we seen 3 or 4 better placed hotels on the outskirts of Carlisle, that would have suited better, but that was my fault, not theirs.
