“Great deal near North Georgia Premium Outlets and Paradise Valley”

Paradise Valley Resort & Club was booked full for the Halloween Party so the wife and I stayed at Sun Suites Of Cumming. Good stay. No problems. Free WIFI, Clean and easy access to our room.

Area recommendations

North Georgia Premium Outlets are just up the road.

“Very upset with this hotel!!”

“Cheap and you get what you pay for.”

Received obscene phone call at 3:30 AM and another one immediately after. Had to take the phone off the hook to get some sleep. I called for a wake up call and was worried I would oversleep due to this harrassement. No one knew I was even at this Hotel so obviously the phone call had to come from Hotel Staff.

“Advertised as a Suite and It's Not”

Since this is an extended stay suite motel, I expected a living area with kitchenette and bedroom area. The rooms are identical to a motel room in size. The bathroom/closet area instead has a small refrigerator and cooktop and microwave. There are no cookware nor utensils, etc. So the bathroom itself is quite cramped. There is no space for (comfortable) chairs, but there is a small table with two chairs. The carpeting was substandard -- like cheap indoor/outdoor with no pad underneath. The rooms are not soundproofed. I'm not complaining about the accommodations, per se; they were just unexpected. I actually had a good night's sleep :)

“GARHOFA / MOONSHINE FESTIVAL - good location....I'll be back!”

This location is very accessable and friendly for anyone who attends festivals and car show functions in this North Georgia proximity! I attended functions in Dawsonville and had no problems commuting back and forth. The room was clean and comfortable with a friendly hotel staff! I recommend the grill next to the hotel for great food (the cheese-steak was great!) and equally friendly service! To quote a famouse WWII General,"I SHALL RETURN"!

“Not Impressed!”

The front of the hotel was ok but the back side was like for more live in customers and most of those made me uncomfortable. I would guess drug dealers and such.

Their replacement of the towels was very bad. We had to go to the office one time to get clean towels.

“Clean, centrally located”

If you have to be in Cumming, this is a good place to stay. Lots of things are within walking distance. Hotel is very basic but the staff is friendly and the place is clean.
