Overall a great and beautiful location, to-be high end neighborhood. If you want some constructive criticism, read further. There are no clearly marked signs to the reception, nor walkway to it, just a barely visible dirt path. The staff was really helpful if you kept coming back with the "right questions. There are no hours posted anywhere. You need a rental car to see any other part of the island. The rooms are huge, modern, and comfortable (which is nice), but The walls are paper thin and you can hear the maintenance staff's loud conversations from 7 am on.. there are several great restaurants within walking distance, as well as scuba diving, snorkeling+ other water activities. Papagayo was our favorite place to eat and have amazing cocktails, made fresh from local fruits and super nice staff! Another great place was Tintowhere we felt like the most important customers of the night. Bad service.is guaranteed at Snappers or at the Boathouse and the food is really. not worth the wait.
