Great, inexpensive, clean hotel.

I really liked the Dolphin Suites. While they did not have the amenities of the larger hotels nearby, they are across the street from Lion's Dive, and Blvd and access/parking, etc. was very easy. Room was very clean and modern.

Room - studio room was perfect. Location - plenty of bars and places to eat within in a 3 min walk. Beach is approx 5 mins away. Service - the people were very helpful and attentive. Good for, singles, couples and family's. Plus - free entry to the aquarium daily.

Great family hotel and great for dolphin lovers

Posted Sep 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is super easy to get to and for us a huge plus was the free entrance to Dolphin Academy. (expensive otherwise) My daughter loves the place and was there everyday. She could even walk there herself. All very safe. We ate breakfast at the hotel across the street on the beach and that was a good deal as well. The only thing I didn't like is that there are guests that smoke, so the smoke from the neighbors on top and next to me really bothered me. There is no in room smoking so I understand, but as a non smoker I am waiting for 100%smoke free hotels. There were a lot of families there with handicapped children and I found that very nice also educational for my own child. Also no US outlets in the room, but they did give me a converter no problem. All in all I would visit again. Definitely with child. It is mostly a family hotel I think.Really recommend it.

Pros: clean, provides access to the aquarium
Cons: not at the beach
Location: not in front of the beach
Had to stay a night in Curacao. It is a bit away from the airport and it is not at the beach. But for the price it was a good deal.

Boutique hotel feel with family friendly attitude!

Pros: Karen is awesome! If she doesn't know it, she'll find out. The pool was small but great for a relaxing time with family. Nice picnic area.
Cons: It is not on the beach, but very close to the beach.
Location: It was quiet and less touristy than Punda & Otrobanda
This is a wonderful hotel for families with children. It is small & quiet with easy short walk to the beach. The staff is very accommodating. We had problems with our air conditioning and the staff was responsive that night. It was fixed the next morning. You have unlimited entrance to the Sea Aquarium, which is wonderful. There is a free daily shuttle to the grocery store. You can get a rental car delivered to your room. Restaurants within walking distance are limited but the food was good. Get the grouper at Augustos. You can take the bus and walk across the floating bridge to Otrobanda. The best food we had was at Steak & Ribs at Rif Fort. Since we have a preschooler, we opted to use the public bus for 9 guilders each way. We took the money we would have spent on car rental and used it for myself and our daughter to have an encounter with a dolphin (in the water, standing on a platform you can learn about, pet & kiss him). CuraƧao is a beautiful island!

Pros: it makes you feel you are in your own home
Cons: aquarium did not meet my expectation
Location: great location just so close to the beach
