“great view”
The Curacao Hilton was laid back, with a great beach and a beatiful view of the ocean. The rooms were decent, but one chooses this hotel for it's beach location. Service was friendly and knowledgeable.

“Only Fair”
While the staff were great and the hotel's common areas were well kept, the rooms my friends and I occupied were musty. This odor never abated during the 10 days of our stay.

they shouldnt be so strict for the 12 o clock cheakout...if you have a flight at 6 oclock you will be out at 12 o clock...they are not flexible in that at all..
“Dream location!”
The hotel could use a renovation in some areas, but the overall impression about the facilities was very good, especially the swimming pool and 2 private beaches exceeded my expectations! Dream vacations, definitely recommend it!

we don't feel save. More than five times people want to enter the room while we were sleeping.
“In need of Renovation”
This is an old hotel in need of substantial renovation, especially the plumbing. However the staff are friendly and efficient which makes it a more pleasant place to stay than the newer Marriott next door.
“Not Impressed”
It is evident that the Cuaracao Hilton was not built by Hilton. The room was comfortable and the ocean view was impressive but the other ammenities of the hotel were not up to typical Hilton standards. The staff was plesant but not overally experienced or helpful. The food was ok overall but the service was very slow even for the typical "island time" that is usually the norm in the Carribean.
“nice but it could be better”
accomodations are ok, but it is an old building, and when compare to hotels nearby is not as good as those. Food was not that good and the casino is not the best one (a strong smell to cigarretes was present). I received a different type of room from what I booked. reception attention was excellent. Nice little beach. it could be a good experience for some.

The personnel at the Hilton were excellent in customer service and friendliness. They went out of their way to help in every request. My husband and I spent 7 nights there and were disappointed in the condition of the room. Carpeting was stained and there was a dampness about everything. A damp smell permeated the room.
