El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, y las instalaciones son muy buenas. La playa es artificial, no tiene playa, es una piscina infinita con agua de mar y arena, esta muy bien echa pero no es playa. Como nos hemos ido a visitar playas no nos ha echo falta.

Un viaje inolvidable
Lo más lindo del hotel el area de la piscina, el personal personas muy amables y serviciales Alexis , Miguel y Arlone los mas especiales y alegres , la ubicación espectacular . La comida y los cócteles muy regulares , pero punto a favor no cobrar lo que no gusto uno estaba fresco ni de calidad( pescado frito en el restaurante de la piscina) El desayuno nos pareció rico pero costoso y no nos pareció tener 2 precios por bufet frío o caliente creo debe incluir el precio del bufete completo y carta aparte . Fue una estadía muy agradable

Gran experiencia en familia
Nuestra estadía en el hotel por 5 noches fue espectacular, viajamos junto con mi esposa 6 nuestra bebé de 1 año y medio y llegamos convencidos que tomamos la mejor elección de hotel. Llegamos en un auto alquilado desde el aeropuerto, al llegar fue sencillo encontrar el parqueadero del hotel, el cual cuenta con una torre de 4 pisos con muy buena disponibilidad de los mismos gratuitamente. El check in fue realmente rápido, lo encontramos muy agradable, inmediatamente llegamos nos ofrecieron botellas de agua fria y la amabilidad y colaboración de Mich Amelio fue excepcional. Con respecto a la habitación elegimos una tipo standard que estuvo muy bien, todos los días muy bien aseada y la cortesía de la media tarde con chocolates y agua muy buena. Lo realmente sorprendente del hotel es la playa artificial privada la que disfrutamos mucho ya que es perfecta para los pequeños, es muy limpia sin oleaje para que se puedan divertir al máximo. Queremos hacer una mención especial a todas las personas que atienden el servicio de desayuno en el restaurante Nautilus, nos ayudaron muchísimo con todo lo que pudiéramos requerir, fueron muy amables con nosotros y muy cariñosos con nuestra bebé. Sin duda recomiendo éste hotel al 100%

GREAT EXPERIENCE
The hotel is simply amazing. The location could not be better. The hotel is located in a small shopping mall, with everthing you need, (food, bars, clothes, souveniers, etc). Is also close to the brigde to allows you to go to the other side of the island without problem. The service is amazing too. Mr. Sidney at the Nautilius restaurant is a truly gentleman who makes everthing great for you stay and your meal at the restaurant. This is the kind of people who really does a good place and a great hotel.
