“Nice place, but won't go back”

The five days I spent there seemed like an eternity. The room was small, although clean. The worst part was thea/c unit. It was a remote contro operated model with a hand held control. Not reading Portugese, I never could get it writht. It was either running fukk blast, which barely cooled the room or it would just shut off with the timer. This woke me up severl time during the night when it got hot and made it difficult to sleep in the first place. After a couple of nites I askfor assistance and was told someone would be right up. They never cqme. The staff was nice and heklpful, but the a/c issue outweighed the best efforts on their part.
