As good as the 5-star hotel chains.Posted Dec 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
As good as any of the big 5-star hotel chains, with down pillows, jacuzzi and piped oxygen. Breakfast was excellent in quality. The only downside was the erratic wifi.

Thank you very much for taking your valuable time to let us know your experience in our hotel. Some passengers like you arrive at the hotel without reservation and with pleasure we show the romos and hotel facilities. From the beginning we make passengers feel at home, Aranwa Cusco Boutique is a perfect combination between quality of service and elegant hotel with unique architectural details and art pieces. We offer added values such as free intelligent oxygen system in the room , free WI-FI, fruit and tea table at lobby, floor heating system in the bathroom. About the WI-FI, sorry for the inconvenience, we already improve our free WI-FI internet service, upgraded to 4MB, to give a better value. Your comment is very important and encourage us to continue to offer an excellent service. Thank you once again for your preference. Sincerly, Romy Diaz León Manager on Duty

Two nights in CuscoPosted Jun 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
The Aranwa is a beautiful hotel adorned with authentic antiques from the era of the hotels original heritage. The staff did everything in their power to take care of us. The only thing that would make me not stay their again is a very early check out. We could only get a LATE check out of 10:30, so if you need to sleep in, consider that.

A welcome retreatPosted Aug 11, 2013
I can't say enough good things about this facility. Luxuriously appointed, on a quiet street and superbly attentive staff. The rooms are beautiful though a little small. Every element of the operation is geared to facilitating the tourist; even breakfast is served at five A.M to accommodate those off early for Macchu Piccu. As well appointed a retreat as any I've ever found.

Funcionarios preparados, bom atendimentoPosted Jul 11, 2013 on Hotels.com

Distinctive, discreet, convenientPosted Jul 1, 2013
Elegant colonial palace two blocks from main square, a welcome oasis after our 7-day trek. Hiccup with our reservation resolved without too much delay. Room had all the amenities, piped in oxygen, heated bath floor. Delicious breakfast buffet with charming wait staff.

A delightful retreat in CuscoPosted Jun 14, 2013
Pros: The staff was the most friendly and helpful of any hotel we have ever stayed in from Europe, Asia to the US.
Cons: Can't think of any negatives
Location: Quiet location just a short walk to the main plaza areas
We stayed at the Aranwa for 6 nights. This sensitively restored boutique hotel was beautiful in every way. The room was elegantly comfortable and quiet and everyone on the staff was welcoming and extremely helpful from the front desk to our waiter Adolpho at breakfast. The breakfast was very plentiful with a great variety. Does it sound like we liked it? We loved it and would return in a heartbeat.
