Excellent hotel at Cusco centerPosted Dec 9, 2013
Pros: Flexible checking-in time; extremely friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Breakfast may be improved
Location: Center of Cusco
We arrived the hotel at 6:00am. The hotel managed to have a room cleaned and let us to check in in half hour. We booked two non-consecutive nights, and stayed one night between at Machu Picchu. The hotel stored our luggage for us while we went to MP. The room was ready with all of our luggages in the room already when we are back from MP for the second night. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all taxi transportation for us, and always advised us the maximum cost we should expect.

Excellent location; Nice hotel staff & facilitiesPosted Nov 12, 2013
Pros: Location, buffet breakfast and hotel staff
Location: Lots of things to do around the hotel; close to the main plaza but not too close; away from the noises of the plaza activities. Great shopping nearby!
Enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Excellent hotel in the right placePosted Oct 4, 2013
Pros: Everything. It was all very comfortable.
Location: The hotel is in the middle of Historic Cusco, so everything is less than a mile from the hotel.
The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side, but the beds are comfortable and everything is clean. The location could not be better! A block from the plaza, it gives you a great starting point for the walk to all of the sights. The staff is incredibly nice! They are knowledgeable and interested in you. Given what Cusco is like, one spends very little time in the room and a lot of time walking. The hotel's breakfast is excellent and a great start to a busy day.

Pros: Location & staff
Cons: Ok as is
Location: see above
Located just around the corner from Plaza de Armas. An excellent location for exploring on foot. Staff was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Good location. Good facility Excellent staff. Nice buffet breakfast If we go back, that will be our choice. Stayed 3 nights, stored some of our luggage and then came back for another night on our way back to Lima and home.

Our reveiw-a Honest opinionPosted Sep 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
not bad, but as with all of Peru overpriced. Good location in Plaza. Hotel went the extra and provides breakfast starting at 5am as opposed to other hotels. Makes it easier to eat BF if you leave early on tours. 5 hotel locations in Cusco so make sure your cab driver is not just happy to put you out at the first one, like ours did. BF the usual fruit, eggs, and mini pancakes, with what might have been some diluted juice and coffee. Hotel clerks did help us with several non related hotel issues. Close to plaza pickup up for tours. Avoid dealing with Maycu tours co. Not as promised and so many excuses. We lost almost $1k to them. Once they have your money, that's it. They transform from your friend to just another buck. My comment is not subjective but facts.
