“Great choice”
This is a quiet, quaint and convenient place, three blocks from the central Plaza de Armas. It was an old colonial house, the rooms are mostly on the second floor (first level above ground) with a great view from the balconies that run all around. Staff are helpful (arranging tours, getting us to and from the airport to pick up lost luggage) and friendly. The breakfast was good (cereal, yogurt, eggs, bread, jam, butter, fresh fruit plate, fresh orange juice). Rooms are not modern (except for the bathroom, with good showers) but clean and functional. Open beams, white walls, funny little windows and doors. The only problem was heating, which you have to ask for (then they provide a radiator, which is fine). It gets cold at night in Cusco.
