“Nice stay for Christmas”

Very charming colonial style hotel. The walk to the Plaza de Armas was far enough to absorb a bit of the great neighborhood vibe but close enough to not be exhausted. Free breakfast more than adequate ! If you are there for the Holidays the views of the fireworks Christmas eve / midnight will not disappoint. Also do not miss the Christmas eve market in Plaza de Armas. Cusco is AMAZING !!

“Extremely Impressed”

This hotel was very charming. The staff was attentive and they spoke English. We stayed for one night, went to Macchu Picchu for one night and returned to the hotel for an additional 2 nights. We stayed in different rooms but both were equally beautiful. Hotel was located in nice area and within walking distance of so many things. Very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. If we return to Cusco we will definitely stay here again.

“Excellent location, lovely courtyard”

This hotel was perfect. The location was great. Walking distance to the square and close to the San blas district (which in loved for the hippies and shops) The restaurant was delish as well. The hotel was very accomidating and let us switch rooms two nights into our stay (we were next to the lobby and do to very early check outs of people heading to machhu pichhu it was noisy there early). Overall we loved the hotel and I strongly recommend staying there. :)

“would stay again”

I arrived to the hotel at 7:30 am and was promptly escorted to my room. After sleeping for several hours, I came downstairs and officially checked-in. The bed was ridiculously comfortable with the thickest comforter!! It really was heavenly. The bathroom was very nice(updated) with a shower big enough for 4 or 5 people! No tub, though. The room was exceptionally clean at all times. My only complaint was noise from upstairs. The kind of noise that you might hear if you've ever lived in an old house with wood floors. The ambiance in the court yard was very nice. I would highly recommend the restaurant. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It is true that the workers on the off shifts(midnights) aren't as fluent in English as the day shift, but you can usually get by. The location is on a quiet side street. The hill was a bit difficult to walk up the first day, but gets easier after that. :-)

“Great location, quaint, beautiful hotel”

This was a great hotel. Only a few blocks from main square, shops, restaurants. This hotel had beautiful wood floors, bamboo grain paneling, traditional look and quaint feel to this hotel made us feel part of Peruvian culture. We stayed on second floor which had the bedroom on an upper (3rd floor loft) this feature really impressed us. Staff at restaurant was especially friendly and nice. Main courtyard in middle of hotel to have breakfast, lunch in open, well maintained area. Excellent hotel to stay at for the price. Would recommend this hotel above all others if your planning on staying in Cusco.

The hotel was great besides the restaurant not being open in the off season...and the taxi driver my hotel hired, took me to a travel agency that overcharged me for a Machu Picchu package, I assumed since he was with the hotel it was a good deal but actually he wasn't really affiliated, watch out! I thought the hotel was nice for the money.

“Excellent Spot in Beautiful San Blas”

Excellent hotel located in the heart of beautiful San Blas yet only a few blocks from the plaza.. helpful and friendly staff.. the restaurant serves fine food and the cozy bar has a fireplace and serves delicious Pisco sours.. breakfast is included and served overlooking the ancient city of Cusco.. clean comfortable rooms with all amenities... we booked for 2 days and stayed for five..

“One Of The Best Hotels In Cusco”

The Staff were Friendly and Very Helpfull when my baggage was lost at the airport, they even paid the taxi driver to deliver my bags, at no cost to me. the location of the hotel was great, only a short walking distance to all the areas of interest. The Hotels Restarunt was a delight to eat at. The Rooms were spotless. it was delightful staying there.

My husband and I just got back from our trip, we spent 4 nights there, the hotel was very nice, comfortable and secure. The staff was very helpful. They treated us perfectly, we had to make some changes to our tour reservations and they did all the phone calls. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it is close to the Plaza de Armas within walking distance from restaurants, etc. Wonderful experience.
