Our focus is customer satisfaction. The day the Peruvian border was closed, several clients stayed at the hotel. the conditions of stay were super friendly. Low price only low in cash. It was not known how long the stay would last. the return depended on the agreements with the embassy. we regret the misunderstanding. I hope you are in good health.

Dear guest, We appreciate your comments that allow us to improve our service. Unlucky just at his arrival we were changing the reservation system. Consequently the type of room I had booked was not available. Obviously we have reimbursed the difference in rate between 2 categories of room. We understand that the reimbursement does not compensate the disappointment of this change. We remember that we have 4 types of rooms with different services. Each one has a different price.

The Staff is always ready to help with printing boarding passes, getting taxis set up and holding luggage. We have a laundry service also and the daily buffet breakfast it's included. The breakfast lounge has a great view over Cusco roofs and breakfast has everything you need to start well the day, with a variety of fresh juices and teas, eggs cooked to your liking, cereals, fresh fruits, bread and spreads and jams, even waffles. And if you want to dine in a nice place without leaving, we have our own restaurant "Divina Comedia" that currently has a new menu that everyone should try with opera show every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
