Very clean and safe hotel in Cusco. The property grounds is well kept and the staff are attentive and friendly. Breakfast is very simple and keep in mind (like most roads in Cusco) the road is extremely narrow, so larger buses can’t get by. Best to come with a smaller van or taxi.

Friendly staffs, great breakfast, free pickup from airport, transportation costs were minimum compared to other hotel we stayed in the area. The hotel is so nice it feels like a 5 stars hotel!

The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was very small. There is also zero privacy in this hotel as all your windows face other rooms/hallways. It’s close to the main square which is good but I do not think this makes up for the overall disappointment I found when staying here.

The people were very helpful with laundry rides changing money storing bags and even let me use the printer. The beds are comfy and shower hot (most of the time). They have filtered water in the lobby. The whole place is adorable!

Well-located in central Cusco. Friendly and helpful staff, who can help arrange transport and figure out how to do things. Lovely space and a good breakfast - even a real fire in the background.

The “doorway/ entrance” to this hotel is quite deceiving! But once you go thru the gates you will be pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this boutique hotel is with its many potted plants/ succulents/ flowers and fountains. No elevators but they are quick to assist you with taking your bags to and from your room. So clean and almost looks brand new. English speaking staff at front desk. Breakfast in the mornings are fresh fruit/ bread assortment and cooked to order eggs. Our view from our 4th floor was amazing. We loved our stay here!

Is a nice little hotel, staffs are very helpful. Breakfast was good, specially fresh fruits and fresh juices they make every morning. Our room was dark and not appealing but other rooms upstairs they are bright and have nice terrace. They were world out so we got what was available for those dates. Price are very reasonable and honestly I like the location better than other hotels close to plaza de armas. Everything worked out very well and we are very pleased with our service and the hotel staffs. I hope I can come back in the future with my kids.

Very quaint property in walking distance to the main square and many restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we immediately were given recommendations for restaurants and coca tea. Delicious breakfast too! Will be back again.

Room was nice enough. But the soundproofing is terrible. Can literally hear everything. Also heat doesn't come on until 7 for some reason. Hot water didn't come on until 5:30 one day. Staff were very friendly though.

My experience at Rumi Punko was great. I traveled alone and stayed for five days. Excellent customer service. My room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. They offered me a free taxi service from the airport to the hotel. Rene, the driver, was a very kind and informative person. My return flight ticket was in the afternoon, but they helped me to do my morning checkout and kept my luggage in the store until the evening. I hope to return one day.

Perfect stay, highly rated hotel
Great hotel, favourite in Peru so far having travelled for 3 weeks. Spacious rooms, very beautiful courtyards, good selections for breakfast and good english speaking friendly staff. Nice location too, have stayed twice now!

Perfect Stay
Staying at Rumi Punku was a great experience. My boyfriend and I were traveling with another couple and we stayed here for a total of 6 nights in neighboring rooms. Every member of the staff was attentive and caring. They stored our luggage while we left for Machu Picchu, and had it waiting in our room upon return. They also arranged for us to have a driver, Sergio, for a day excursion who was spectacular. He felt like the fifth member of our group. The location was fantastic and we enjoyed the daily breakfast. We looked forward to having a drink in the lovely courtyard outside our rooms before dinner.

Very conveniant location and really cute property . I liked that it was in the middle of the city yet quiet and serene . The rooms were average and felt a little small but I realy liked the hotel overall. The breakfast was not good but it did the job . The hot water and Tea available at 24 hours was fantastic. The service staff was very sweet and welcoming and ensured we had a good stay .

Loved staying here before and after Inca Trail. Wonderful free pickup from airport, comfortable rooms, showers and beds, scales for weighing duffles, great free breakfast, easily walkable to San Blas, Plaza de Armas. Would definitely try again and recommend.

Hotel Rumi Punku is a piece of haven in the middle of a busy city like Cusco. Staff is friendly and are there to help with all your needs. Very clean, and quiet. The attention to details are quite impressive. I love the plants in the courtyard and fresh flowers in the room. Breakfast are great! Highly recommend
