Excellent Hotel...So worth the money!Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: Staff, rooms, location and amenities were all top notch.
Location: Restaurants along the street and safe at night. Security gate locked in the evenings for extra sense of protection. Close to Plaza (5-7 min walk).
This is a quaint and quiet hotel in Cusco with a helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast and internet provided. Safe and secure surroundings and charming rooms! Stayed there 3 nights before the Inca Trail, and two upon return. They kept our bags safe while we were on our trek and made the process of stowing bags/checking back in very easy. This was easy walking distance to Plaza and several restaurants...loved that is was a little out of bar and tourist area, as it made sleeping much easier.

Small rooms but cozy and elegantPosted Aug 24, 2014
Amazing breakfast!!! Nice room, my partner and I stayed two nights at the beginning of August 2014. The room was somewhat small, but we were able to have the hotel do some laundry for us, and assist us with making an international call to our credit card when we forgot some of our login informations. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding with the international collect call (supposed to be toll-free), and the hotel wanted to charge us a pre-emptive fee for placing the call. I negotiated with them considering they did not explain to me that there *may* still be a charge for the call, and eventually they ended up giving us the call for free, because they decided to dispute it with the company themselves. There was always hot water in the shower, however the rooms are somewhat noisy, even though there are signs posted everywhere requesting guests to be quiet from 9p-7a. Best detail was the free, pre-arranged airport pickup car, and the amazing, very filling and delicious breakfast every morning 5a-10a. Also, if you want to dish out a couple extra $$, the private sauna and jacuzzi is $15 USD per person for 2 hours. Highly recommended!

Very Accommodating, Reasonably PricedPosted Aug 16, 2014
Rumi Punku had a driver meet us at the airport and take us to the hotel. We arrived before check-in time. An English speaking staff member met us at the entrance and led us to the lounge, offered us coca tea and checked us in - we didn't even have to go to the front desk. We only had to wait about 30 minutes for our room (still well before check-in time). Great location within walking distance to many restaurants. Note the city has some very steep hills - you get plenty of exercise just walking around town. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice, Excellent hotel and servicePosted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: breakfast and care staff
Cons: nothing so good
Location: Near good Restaurants and shops, you can walk to downtown, and find yourself in the same area, benches, tours, ect.
The hotel is very nice, very rich and abundant breakfast buffet, the staff are always ready to help and answer any questions or need you have, very well located near the main square. Price is very fair for the quality of the hotel. Wifi works very well throughout the hotel, have everything from a 5-star hotel.

Comfortable hotel, central location.Posted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Good tour organiser (Karina). Central location. Warm doonas on beds. Reliable wifi. Good breakfast. TV in rooms.
Cons: Heating in rooms at night only intermittent. No heating in breakfast room in the mornings.
Location: Inka Museum & Museum of Pre Colombian Art 5 mins walk away. Great restaurants in San Blas 5 minutes walk away. I recommend "Jacks Cafe" nearby.
I was collected from Airport by Karina (after requesting same by phone), who then organised my trip to Machu Picchu (entrance, train & bus tickets). Karina also organised taxi excursions to Pisac & Chinchero & a tour to Moray & Salinas (all Inca sites outside Cusco). Sites within Cusco plus key museums & churches are all walking distance. There are lots of good restaurants near the hotel.

Excellent hotel and servicePosted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Service and location - close to the Plaza
Cons: Noise level in early hours
Location: Close to the Plaza
Excellent service from the staffs. The transfer and the taxi arranged by the hotel was reliable and prompt . We were upgraded to a superior room. We were able to stay in the same room when we came back from Machu Picchu and our stored luggage were already in the room for us.

Enchanting and great value!Posted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: great beds, great location, small and charming.
Location: San Blas square-- don't miss! Plaza de Armas is amazing. For dinner go to Fallen Angel for a complete sensory experience!
I stayed here both pre and post on my Inca Trail Hike, and loved it! The charming architecture, flowers, fountains and courtyard were beautiful and the beds were fabulous. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast served between 5 am and 10am- and plenty of Coca tea to help with getting acclimatized. Great location- close to San Blas, as well as the Plaza de Armas.
