“Great location”

Fantastic location - Value Accomodation - Unfortunatley the interia lobby has lots of noise from 4.00am as the windows in the Hotel rooms face into the central lobby and you will be awaken by tour groups getting ready to head off Other than that , highly recomended as you feel safe and dont need to take taxis to and from the Restaurants and Central shopping areas.

“Good for value”

Excellent location, very close to the Plaza de Armas. Simple, but comfortable, clean and good service. I'd certainly go back.

“Facilities okay but unfriendly staff”

What is to say: the hotel itself is okay but not superb. The rooms are standard, the breakfast is good. The location is rather sub average, because direct at the main road. More problematic is the quite unfriendly staff what gave us throughout the complete stay the feeling: "If you don't book the room, someone else wiil - so I don't care." Maybe thats a problem throughout whole Cusco what seems to us a bit spoiled by too much tourism.
