This hotel is on Av Ejercito, it is a highly commercial avenue, with the tram line and lots of garbage on the ground in front of the hotel and the nearby shops. It is not situated in the touristic area of Cusco. You have to walk at least 10 minutes in dirty streets before getting to the Av del Sol.
The personnel does not speak English, so they were unable to help us make further trip reservations.
The first evening, we had no hot water in the shower. We had to wait until morning to get hot water. The second evening, we had no cold water, so no way to clean or flush the toilet.
Not all rooms are the same. We had to visit through 5-6 room before we found one that made sense. Many rooms had mold problems, or were simply not what we needed to lodge 4 people.
Fortunately, the beds were clean.
