Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: location, staff, food, quality
Cons: Nothing
Location: centrally located 5 min. from Plaza Armas
We needed a hotel prior to and after our trek through the Andes mountains to Machu Picchu and this hotel was absolutely awesome. It has a perfect location and was he nicest hotel that we saw while exploring Cusco.

FABULOUS HOTEL CLOSE TO EVERYTHING.

Posted May 19, 2015
Pros: Specialty Teas available 24/7 in the lobby, fireside seating
Cons: Mattress toppers would be the only thing I would recommend and more heating in the seating area of the bar
Location: very close to main square, restaurants, shops
Staff were helpful and friendly, location was fabulous, looking forward to staying there on the way back from Machu Picchu.

Beautiful hotel centrally situated for sites.

Posted May 5, 2015
Pros: Staff, food, setting, lounge courtyard
Location: Centrally situated - you are immediately on the streets and able to explore the main square, and the many shops and artisan workshops.
The hotel is a converted convent and is very lovely. Cosy lounge, good restaurant with excellent food, very helpful staff who knew us by name. Take the guided tour to see the basement. Also has a pool and spa.

Good hotel

Posted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: Good rooms. Excellent breakfast. Modern, well equipped. Very good location. Very safe.
Cons: To do something about the background noise from the engine rooms
Location: Near by restaurants: Uchu - great steaks. La Bodega 138 - good pizzas. Papachos - perfect for a hamburger at lunch on the main square.
A modern nice hotel, previous convent. Beautiful architecture. Good , nice rooms but not all the "Inca Classic" rooms the same size. The ones in the -1 floor larger and better than the ones on the upper floors. In the upper floors a continuous background noise from engine rooms (beware of room 400!!). The staff very efficient, friendly, willing to help. Good restaurant, rather expensive. Excellent breakfast buffet. Generally, a very good place to stay when in Cusco

Great location and stunning setup

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: Slightly upscale, but an absolutely fab location and really stunningly done hotel the bar bites are very good and very reasonably priced too
Cons: Ideally having more rooms that accommodate a family of 4 (especially when you have 2 young kids)
We spent 3 nights at the JW Marriot in Cusco. What a stunning property and an amazing location in the heart of Cusco - very walkable and very safe. Very attentive staff (well most, except one particular lady at the front desk) and they were very helpful with almost everything

Comfortable stay

Posted Apr 2, 2015
My family and I stayed in this hotel for one night on the way to Puno. As we expected from the website, this hotel has a chic but historical atmosphere. However the most impressive point for us is all staffs in the hotel we talked with there were very gentle. As an instance, when we had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel, all waiters there took care of our health condition due to the high altitude. Especially a waiter named Freddy offered us Muna Tea for the prevention of altitude sickness and for good sleep during the night. We were even relieved to get such tips. Unfortunately we could have only one night in Cuzco, now we wish we could have stayed more there..

Beautiful hotel

Posted Mar 31, 2015
We enjoyed our stay following four nights camping on the Inca trail. Food was fantastic. Breakfast was to die for. Relaxing rooms. Friendly & mostly helpful staff. V disappointed with the pool/spa area on our last day. Over run with noisy&screaming children that were allowed access the sauna. a definate no no in our minds. Not v responsible.
