“Great hotel to stay in!”

The service of each and every employee was exemplary!! Great breakfast buffet included. I had altitude sickness and they brought oxygen to the room within minutes. It is in a great location and it is easy to walk to most places.

“Excellent experience!”

This is a lovely hotel that makes you feel at home the moment you get there, welcoming you with a coca tea, to help you get used with the altitude. Ask for the room with the balcony view of the Santo Domingo church!

“Comfortable Before/After to Inca Trail Hike”

At 11,000 ft Cusco's altitude hit us very hard. we had three days to adjust before a 4 night/5 day hike along the Inca Trail to Machu Pichu. The hotel's interior common areas were beautiful with quality antiques and beautiful lighting. The Coca tea was always hot in the lobby. Internet in lobby was excellent. Rooms were very quiet which was key to a lot of napping while adjusting to altitude. The restaurant and staff also were above average. It was a short walk to the rest of central Cusco. By the third day we were rested, adjusted and the hike was a tough beautiful memory for all time. One night afterward back here and they know the drill of storing your bags, etc.

Great hotel and wonderful staff. Could not have asked for better. Arranged all tours via the hotel concierge. Great time.
