Top of the line: feeling at home in a Inka palacePosted May 14, 2015
Excellent service and marvelous food. The overall experience at the hotel was great. Our kids were given the opportunity to participate in a guided visit to the hotel's kitchen and actually cook. The general manager took care personally of our stay. Palacio del Inka has the facilities and amenities of a big 5 star hotel and the customized service and personal touch of a boutique. Our room was big, clean and comfortable with a nice decor that reminded us the colonial Cusco. Congratulations to the managers.

Excellent Customer Service. One the best !Posted May 12, 2015
Pros: An amazing palace! Really reflects the Inka and Spanish culture. can't believe the level of customer service from check in to leaving . Excellent!
Location: Although not in the trendy San Blas area the location is great and near to Plaza De Armas and no hills!
I think this tops customer service world wide. It was exceptional. Highly trained, warm and professional. Beautiful hotel and staff made the experience wonderful.

Stay in Cusco.Posted May 5, 2015
Pros: SPA, eats and Pisco.
Cons: Honest taxi drivers but this has nothing to do with the Hotel.
Location: It is great. The Plaza de Arms is just 5 minutes! Plus all the other central markets and shops are nearby.
We enjoyed the SPA, employees and comfort of this facility. Great location.

5 star experiencePosted May 3, 2015
Wonderful welcome, with cocoa tea, a suite upgrade and unexpected amenities. Unfortunately I overdid sight seeing on the first day and came down with altitude sickness. Staff brought oxygen to my room when I requested it. When I was still sick the 3rd day staff at the concierge desk helped me change my tickets - very kind and professional. Unfortunately the only name I remember is Roger - I wish I'd had the presence of mind to get the other 2 gentlemen's names in order to personally thank them. The hotel also allowed me to check out late the day of my flight as I was ill - a real kindness and a great public relations coupe. WiFi was good, the public spaces immense but comfortable, and the onsite Rumi Bar looked very inviting. I will be staying there again as I plan to return, and will be recommending the hotel to friends and family.

This is an extremely nice hotel in the heart of Cusco. It has a lot history, is in a great location, has a great staff, and the rooms are really nice. With all of the great amenities here, the service is probably the best part. It really feels like a 5-Star hotel.

Stay at Palacio del Inca at your own risk!!!!!!!Posted Feb 8, 2015
Pros: The premises, the atmosphere, the staff, the service, the food, the stores in the hotel. Magical place!!!
Cons: Oxygen 24/7 in the whole building. :)
Location: A couple of blocks from the Main Square, just across the main attraction "Korikancha," stores, restaurants, pharmacies all around.
We stayed here January 26-31, 2015, and we will never be the same. The hotel and our suite transported us to a wonderful, very serene, magical world. The hotel and rooms are exquisitely decorated, and the bed and its linens and pillows -ahhhh-. The food is excellent in Peru, but at Palacio del Inca, it was perfection. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the prices, which are in Soles, which means one third of our prices in the US. ($1= S/.3) And if you eat organic, be prepared; when you eat here you think you are eating directly from the orchard. Those breakfasts!!! Fresh fruit, Peruvian bread, those whole wheat croissants, and the cheeses ahhh! Quinoa in every different version for breakfast, and the gluten free bar... The kitchen was so accommodating, they even fixed plates for me that were not in the menu. We were spoileddddd! And the Chef pays attention. Once my dessert had "aguaymanto" covered with chocolate; I removed the chocolate and ate just the "aguaymanto." Next time I ordered dessert, they added the "aguaymanto" without the chocolate. The whole hotel has a special atmosphere, very uplifting, and together with the staff... Just heaven. We will be back. Next time we will go directly to their Tambo del Inca in the Valle Sagrado and stay there for 3 days to enjoy nature, then to El Palacio en Cusco, for 4 days to complete our yearly spiritual retreat.
