“Excellent Service, 4 star Hotel”

These people will bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable. About the kindest reception I have ever had at a hotel. Super clean and comfortable. About a mile walk to the Plaza, but never felt unsafe even at night and there are sights along the way. Free Wifi in the room. Breakfast was great. We stayed 4 nights. Did not have a single problem.

Sonesta is a great hotel, clean, modern, wifi internet. The staff is helpful and friendly. Location wise, it is a 10 min walk to the Plaza De Armas. The only "trouble" i had with the stay is that the hot water takes a while to get hot so run it for a bit before you hop in! I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast at the hotel was great, omelettes, fruit, juice, bread, and other hot food. We spent one night in Aguas Caliente so we stored our luggage at the hotel. When we returned to the Sonesta, to our surprise, they have already put our luggage into our rooms. Nice work by the staff!

All the staff was very kind. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel location is absolutely apropiate. Rooms neat and clean and with heating. You can walk to Plaza de Armas. If you make the tour to Valle Sagrado, the lunch for that day is in the Sonesta in Puyo since the have an agreement and the lunch there is very good as the hotel is so beautiful too.

The Sonesta Hotel Cusco was the perfect hotel for us! Besides excellent service with a smile, they spoke English and always tried to help us. The travel group that the hotel uses planned a great visit for us to the Sacred Valley along with a delicious lunch at another Sonesta Hotel. What a fun trip. We were able to get transportation to the Vista Dome train to go to Machu Picchu and the Cusco airport as arranged by the hotel. This hotel also has a great location.The breakfast buffet was large and delicious and also the other food served at lunch and dinner was excellent. We would stay here again when returning to Cusco. The hotel is like new, modern and very clean. Our hotel room was great.

Beautiful restaurant and lobby with lounge area. Also had internet available. The rooms were very spacious with marble bathrooms.

The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is great. The rooms are comfortable. It´s like 3/4 mile from the main square, but there is a great market accross the street for souvenires.
