Amazing Hotel, highly recomended !Posted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: Everything. We stayed in other hotels in Cusco, and they were nothing compared to the service, and hospitality offered here.
Cons: No - everything was perfect !
Location: Great location, 10 min to Tupac Amaru plaza on the the weekends, local resturants have great food, 5-10 walk maximum to plaza de armas. central to all
Amazing hotel in quiet non tourist area, very nice inside, great breakfest too, changes every day. Super friendly staff made you feel part of the family. 5-10 min walk to plaza de armas and about 5 min to tourist district in general. Great local resturants around much cheaper, larger portions, and better tasting food then the main square area. Stayed here twice, for three nights, a few weeks apart, and loved it both times. Book here while they still have rooms.

Amazing personalized service!Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Unique décor; staff very accommodating to your schedule and eager to meet your needs. Facilities very modern and comfortable.
Cons: If you like a roomy bed for 2, get the two beds and push them together. Not the same size as a queen bed in the US. Staff very willing to meet needs
Great rooms, small but comfortable. Staff very attentive and careful for comfort. Staff have some English experience but able to translate to meet all your needs. Staff very knowledgeable of the area and attractions. Close to Plaza de Armas (main square) with 10 minute cab ride (5-10 soles).

A little far to walk to Plaza de Armas but do-able, the room was a pleasant surprise at the end of my travels with a very modern room and great rainfall shower head.
