The hotel is remodeling. The rooms was extremely dusty. Towels are very thin and old. I do think once the remodeling is done it will be better. Our curtain was all ripped up.

While I know the current building and property was under construction, there were a few things that were either broke or didn't work in the room. The curtains wouldn't close all of the way, the door to the shower would not close all of the way and water kept leaking onto the floor, the toilet paper roll holder was broken.

We booked a jetted hot tub and was given a reg room and went down to ask why and if we can get the room we had booked in the first place and we could have but the tv didn’t work in it. Failed to notify us of this issue and no discount. Hotel was a wreck due to remodeling. No service at front desk had to wait 10 mins bc she was off cleaning

They we’re remodeling the entire hotel it was a mess the plumbing wasn’t very good the ac quit in our room so we had to pack up everything and move to a different room the pool smelled of chlorine and the halls spelled of paint .

Great staff, value and comfortable rooms!
Staff are amazingly kind and great to have around. The rooms are clean. We stayed for a week. The continental breakfast was yummy. We switched from room 303 to 203 because the TV didn’t work. The fridge in 203 was making really loud noises but seemed to work ok after unplugging it and restarting it. They really need more lighting in the bathroom. The only light in both bathrooms/rooms was the shower vent light, not idea for women trying to do their hair or makeup. Lots of construction going on since they’re doing their remodel but it is wasn’t noisy at all, the only thing I noticed was the smell of paint.

Lovely place
Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location, but right on Main Street and felt like there were some loud vehicles “cruising main” on Saturday night. But, I slept well regardless.

In for a 5 day stay. Construction all along the street out front, not the hotels fault. There was mold in the closet and bathroom ceiling. We were moved to a different room, but limited rooms because all of 1st floor was being renovated. Elevator would not work from second floor, with an infant and all their items it made it difficult. Door to room was not aligned which made opening and closing it hard. We had to yank or slam it to get it to work. New furniture was stored outside our door and across from it so stroller was a no-go to use for the baby.

My room did not get cleaned for 3 days. I had to get my own clean towels. The elevator was out of order. I was given a $25 VISA card for my inconvenience. This hotel is old and is currently being renovated. I do not recommend staying there.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, but we only dealt with them when we checked in. My family came and rented two rooms for 2 days. The room on the third floor was in good shape and everything was working properly, but the room on the second floor was terrible. There was definitely mold growing in the ceiling in the bathroom and in one corner of the bedroom. The air conditioner worked, but not well. It never could get the room down to the temperature that we set and it was humid in the room the whole time we were there. The comforter on one of the beds had a large tear in it that was easily seen upon walking into the room. The shower curtain was also torn in several areas. I'm very disappointed with the second floor room and I would have complained to the staff, but when we checked in they said they were fully booked so I doubt they could have gotten us into another room. I understand that the hotel was going through a remodeling process while I was there, but this room should not have been rented out in the shape that it was in.

Not good at all
Handicap parking was a death trap for my car it had huge spikes sticking up and caught my front bumper and almost pulled it off. Check in was ok except I had requested a handicap shower. Did not get a room with a handicap shower, but we made it work. The bathroom door was stuck you could hardly get it open. On the website it states room cleaning everyday but the next day no one had come to clean or leave fresh towels. So I went to ask and the lady that i spoke to said we only clean the rooms every other day. I stated we were only staying two night so it would have been nice to have the room cleaned or at least leave clean towels. She stated I don't know I just work here you will have to call the 1800 number. I do not recommend this place especially if you are handicap!
