Super gorgeous place to stay. Only I wished the arcade would stay open later. And the gift shops as well. My kid had a bad stomach ache and we needed something from the gift shop but it was closed.

A very nice place to stay about 12 miles outside of Downtown Santa Fe. Very clean and comfortable. Only two drawbacks. Room fid not have kitchenette which I did not necessarily need on this trip but normally do. Also, only one way in/out of building. I chose a room on a far end and got lots of steps “coming and going”. I would stay here again! 🤓

Next time you are here, if you stay in the Spa wing you can park behind the resort and exit on the 2nd floor. It cuts down on some of the steps, but you are correct, our property is very spread out. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the lack of kitchenette in our accommodations. However, we'd like to offer an alternative solution: the Homewood Suites next door features kitchens in their property and still provides access to our amenities. Quite a ways outside of Santa Fe. Limited amount of restaurants in the Casino. Best Nreakfast was at Iguana Cafe. Indoor pool and gym was amazing, heated indoor pool was great for the kids.

I don't even know where to begin…I was so disappointed. 1) Shower was dirty. A previous guests’ hair was stuck on the wall in the shower. 2) Housekeeping was a little rude…literally pounded on the door at 8:30am. I said i was good. They said okay. 30 minutes later, it happened again while I was in the bathroom getting ready. 3) SECURITY INCIDENT: An unwanted guest made his way to my room and tried to force himself into my room. I won’t fully go into detail but as a female solo traveler, that was thee scariest thing I’ve ever been through. I felt extremely unsafe. The fact that this man just walked into the “resort”, made it all the way to my room AT 3AM, and I had no one there to help me if things went really south (physical harm/assault)…that’s unacceptable. Please, tighten up on security. I would hate for this to happen to another woman or person in general. And the fact that the “resort” is so far away from the surrounding towns, by the time any kind of law enforcement could get to me, it would’ve been too late. Overall, this was the worst birthday trip I’ve taken and I would not warrant this hotel as a resort. This is a last resort type of resort.

Booked a breakfast included option with the stay and the front desk staff said they were “blindsided” by that. They have not offered that before. We were instructed that each person has $15 budget for breakfast. On checkout, all the breakfast charges were added to my account and when I pointed it out, the front desk person had no training to remove the charges. There was also a $125 dinner charge when we were not at the property on the evening it was charged.

A good place to stay
The Hotel was very clean, staff were just super friendly. Stayed here 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. A little far from the City but we don’t mind the drive.

I have stayed at this property a few times. This Hilton is quiet and clean. The Iguana restaurant was good, and the bartender I had made very good drinks. The indoor pool was no longer under repair, which was a plus, and the fitness center is a nice size. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
