We had a handicap accessible room and it was clean and spacious. The bathroom was very large and up to date.

Hotel looks like a brand new establishment from the outside but on the inside was remodeled. Staff was friendly, nice location, but in our room the bathroom there was mold. Wasn’t nothing for me to complain about, was only there to sleep overnight.

Our stay was ok, the beds were comfortable. The problem was with the bathroom. The paint was peeling off the wall and ceiling there was rust on the door, light fixtures, and bathtub.

We did not like the fact that we could not block out the outside lighting at night. We like our room dark for sleeping and we were able to do that. The furniture in the breakfast area needs upgrading as most of the chairs are wearing out.

We appreciated getting a room upon arrival at 1pm instead of waiting for 3pm check in. Also, breakfast was out and ready before 5am when we left, so that was awesome. Our room on the bottom floor was obviously damaged by water. Bathroom door was peeling and very damaged. No ventillation in the bathroom so steam just condenses onto countertops and all is wet. The TV had a line running down the middle of the LED screen. Also, very shady looking individuals hanging out in the lobby and outside the hotel made us feel uncomfortable.

Door off the wall
To start with when you open the door, it falls over to drag on the ground to shut the door. You have to pick it up by the handle and put your body into it to get it shut. Light switches upside down plugs upside down the USB port plugs are in the wall crooked and you can’t get your cable to connect. Somebody put what would trim on the bathroom walls at the floor and then build the ramp with one by fours so the wheelchair can get in there and it’s too big of a bump For a disabled person to get in the shower

Nice budget priced hotel. Great area for shopping and food.overall room was clean, with exception of the bathroom tub. Rust spots around drains and bathroom fan squeeling. Pillows are small and a bit uncomfortable but not bad.

Everything was Great! I just couldn't adjust to the Tiny Tots toilets. Its more convenient to use tall toilets and if you have a small child. You can lift them up to the toilet.
