I can't say a bad thing about the place or the staff. It's the type of place you feel bad leaving. The rooftop pool at night is amazing and just a home vibe, I found most people I talked to had been going there for years and for a reason

Great place, I loved the staff. It has an amazing rooftop pool with a great view. The staff are all fantastic, they made my stay amazing I kept coming back. I highly recommend, perfect for families and people just traveling. I highly recommend it

The last thing I want to say about a place is what I'm about to say. This is a local Thai hotel for local people, they do not like travelors from other countries and they make it very obvious. I'm actually sad to say this but i have been nothing but polite and have never felt so out of place. I wanted a couple relaxing nights in my room after being jetlagged and have been treated like garbage. They do not want traveling people, I thought this was going to be relaxing so I could get work done but it is not the place to be. Don't try save money at this place for rest. There is no English tv channels they were quite proud to tell me. I truly don't like saying what I'm saying but it is true, the locals will appreciate this. Stay at your own risk

Great hotel for family trip with kids
We were family with 3 young children visiting Da Nang for 1st time. Booked this hotel as it has roof top pool and it is located closw to beach and shops. Definetly recommend this place - and it deserves more than 4* marking

Great experience thanks to the wonderful staff! The restaurant crew (Anna, Snow, Van and crew) always put me in a great mood. Chilli, Daisy and the ladies at reception are extremely helpful with anything I could ask for. Definitely coming back

Best Stay In Vietnam!
This place definitely deserves all the stars there are out there! From the moment we stepped out of the taxi to the moment we left, every single employee treated us with care and respect. The price is such a deal and all the amenities included makes it well worth it. Breakfast was delicious. Anna was so so sweet and always greeted us with a smile and pleasant conversations every morning when we seen her at breakfast. Lucy was awesome at assisting us with getting tickets to Ba Na Hills and also arranging a ride for us there and back, eliminating the stress on us. We highly recommend this place to everybody with no hesitation.
