The resort was fantastic and has everything you need. The only fault was that not 1 staff member or manager was fluent in english making a simple request like staying an extra night at expedia rates not there rates a nightmare. Staff members were great, polite and very good at there jobs and the resort was clean, fully usable and well located for comfort.

Had a great time here. We paid sixty doll per room, and it was a bargain. If you were paying full room price, I think there are better deals around here. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food good. Would stay there again, if the same deal is repeated

“Great resort at an affordable price”

We arrived at Sandy Beach on a Sunday in mid March. We were met by friendly staff and treated to a glass of refreshing fruit juice when we arrived. The hotel was quiet, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and they provided a bowl of fresh fruit (only two peices, but seriously, how much fruit were you planning to eat after the included breakfast buffet, which includes tons of fruit in addition to the usual breakfast foods?) The beach is beautiful and there is plenty of room as the resort frontage is significant (We had the beach for ourselves the day we arrived. It is a huge beach (it takes about 5 minutes to walk he entire frontage) so it probably never feels crowded even in peak season. We recomended taking shuttle bus to Da Nang and Hoi An as it takes about 20 minutes to get to each, so a taxi ride will cost about 200,000vnd (10 USD). Sandy Beach provides free shuttle bus to go to Hoi An Ancient town and Da Nang cityduring the day. The hotel provides free evening shuttle service if you spend $5 or more at their restaurant, the Alameda. Just be sure to verify with hotel staff that the shuttle is running that evening or you wil need to make other arrangements. We liked it. PS The surrounding areas look a little bleak - lots of construction and vacant lots. Not dangerous, just bleak. It will be better when the const is complete.

Right on the beach, great to hear the ocean however far from everything else. Food at hotel okay.

stayed only one night and moved out to a 5 star hotel which this one was billed as 4 star but not even came close, more like a 3 star.
