Good stay for my family and i. Staff is nice. My five year old was mad because there were no glazed donuts , but that was good for me :) good lil gym 2

My stay at the Hampton Inn in Dade City was awesome! The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was different everyday but great everyday! Once I learned my way around, I found several nice places to eat including Steph's Soul Food, Panera, Popeyes, Ruby Tuesdays, and more. This was my second time staying at this hotel but I really enjoy staying at this hotel. Thanks Hampton Inn for a great stay!

We drove 3 hours to get there for an event, booked out stay weeks ago. When we get there we are told by the front desk (Craig, horrible customer service) that our reservation was cancelled. No explanation, just cancelled. We did not receive any notification of this cancellation! We called hotels.com and they confirmed the reservation, we even had Craig speak with the rep at hotels.com, but Craig insisted that they reservation had been cancelled, even though hotels.com showed it was still active. The rep at hotels.com was amazing, she found us another hotel right away. Will never stay at a Hampton Inn again, we still have no clue why it was cancelled and the front desk was not helpful at all, they made us feel like it was our mistake when it clearly was not.
