Do not stay here!

Overall this hotel had bad food, bad service and bad rooms. Except 2 of 20 individuals the staff was not courteous or helpful. I tried to get a snack in the lobby lounge but the server only waited on others. I tried to eat at the Korean restaurant but it is reservation only and even though there was one guest in 2 hours they did would not serve me. My guess is that I did not miss much since I ate at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel and the food was as bad as the service. The check in and out process was difficult, the room was dirty and the bed was horrible. There was only a few employees that could speak any english and in general the english was as bad as my Korean. I would not recommend this hotel.

hot spring

lots of place to eat and hot spring is really good and I will go to this hotel again. also front desk people were very kind.
