Nice place, quiet communityPosted Jul 21, 2014
We had a great stay. The staff was super friendly and WHAT A SETTING. The view from our ground floor window was nice to wake up to and it was raining the whole time. We will be staying with them again.

July 4th weekendPosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: The best part of the room was the shower, it always had hot water and was very clean.
Cons: Make sure there are no dirty towels - sure it was just an oversight. An elevator would have been nice since we had an older person with us.
Location: We went shopping, watched fireworks at the UNG, laid by the pool.
The room was ok. The bathroom was very small but was clean, new shower curtains and floors appeared clean. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. The water in the shower was always very warm and relaxing. The pool area was nice but didn't have many lounge chairs for sun bathing. The staff was very friendly. There was not a lot of parking only one space per room, and we had four people with us with two cars and we had to park one at the back of the hotel. All in all it was a pleasant stay. Oh yeah no elevator so we had to take the stairs to the 2nd floor.

Very adequate, well-run, motel.Posted May 28, 2014
This is a nicely maintained motel. It is not fancy. But it will meet your needs. The best feature is that all the large windows in the units face northward with a great view of the mountains to the north.

Nice hotel for the money.Posted May 14, 2014
Pros: The room. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The value.
Cons: Umbrellas and maybe a hedge around the pool since it's in the parking lot. A bigger breakfast area. Conditioner and lotion in the room.
Location: We went to the Consolidated Gold Mine which was interesting and fun and toured around the little town in the shops. Very quaint town.
Nice basic hotel. Usual continental breakfast, although the area was very tiny to get into and there were only 2 tables. The windows face a line of trees which is nice. The pool is in the parking lot with no umbrellas so I didn't really want to use it. I think it wasn't quite ready for the season. The actual room was nice. It would have been nice to have conditioner and lotion along with the shampoo. They kept changing my soap every day though!
Last choice for me!Posted May 6, 2014
Cons: Complete renovation
Location: The North Georgia College is half a mile away
This hotel needs a complete renovation. The toilet overflowed one morning all by itself!
