It was a great stay but the breakfast needs to be updated to some hot food.

Not that great

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Better breakfast selection and dining.
Location: N/a
Advertised a restaurant but it was closed and breakfast was cereal and muffins only. This was Sunday morning. We booked two rooms and all I can say positive is was that the rooms were clean.

Good price for the location but the hotel is a bit dated and the condition are what you would expect from an older hotel frequented by families with messy kids.

Decent hotel for price

Overall it was fine. But The carpets needs shampooed desperately, our reservation was all messed up and their website has wrong hours on the continental breakfast times so we completely missed out on it.

It was an okay stay

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights. Yes it is a little outdated, hotel staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very limited. No problems with our room, wouldn't mind staying again.

The web description is misleading

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: The price is reasonable for rooms in this area The location is convenient to Arlington attractions and parking is free.
Cons: The rooms need upgrade, and rooms with mold shouldn't be rented Continental breakfast is little more than a muffin and juice
The web says ALL the rooms are upgraded and have flat panel TV's and wifi. The room we had was very old, had cigarette burns on the end tables (non smoking room). When I confronted the staff, they said only the 3rd floor had been upgraded. The AC in our room only ran at one speed though the dial had 2 speeds making it either very cold or quite warm. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the room was very high in humidity and smelled like mold. There didn't appear to be a vent in the bathroom. Couldn't ever get the wifi to connect in the room or in the lobby. The staff said they needed to recycle the router, but that didn't help. Our room didn't have a flat panel TV. I was just really disappointed that the description on the internet doesn't match what the hotel is.

Nicely located for our activities

Short staffed, not personable. Mold on bathroom ceiling from significant leak, broken toilet (fixed promptly). Breakfast was pitiful.

great staff, great potential, but needs update, bad.

staff was great, front entryway was nice .however ,when you walked back in and get into the rooms it could have been straight out of the 80's,I take that back maybe from the 70's everything needs updating from the fixtures to the plumbing to the decor...

All around it was a great stay the hotel manager was a mean self entitled sound and very unreasonable woman.
